Mrs. T. B. Richardson presided in the absence of t h e president, Mrs. John O'Neal. The meeting was opened with the singing of a Christmas carol and the devotion was given by Mrs. Weldon McHaney. During the business session new officers were elected. They are president, Mrs. Richardson; vice president, Mrs. C. C. Elliott; secretary, Mrs. N. C. Patterson; treasurer, Mrs. Woodrow Nutt; and reporter Mrs. R. L. Adkisson. The officers will be installed at the Christmas party which will be held in the Hospitality Room of the First National Bank Dec. 15. During the social hour Mrs. Nutt won the game prize.
