Edward M. Rosenswie of East Smethport. Pa. The wedding took place April 27 in Smethport. Mrs.

Rosenswie attended Kane schools and graduated, from SmeOhport Area High School, Class of 1963. She attended Th' Olean Business Institute i Olean, N.Y. and is employed as a stenographer at Quaker State Oil Refifning Corp. at Farmers Valley. Mr.

Rosenswie Is a graduate of Smethport Area High School Class of 1963 and attended Alfred University, Alfred, N.Y. He is presently serving wih the Special. Forces Unit of the Army at Ft. Bragg, N.C. Mrs.

Rosenswie is the granddaughter of Mrs. Clarence Erick son and niece of Mrs. Betty Port and the Misses Sylvia and Irene Johnson of Kane. Farmer Receiving More for Milk WASHINGTON (AP) Prices farmers receive for milk through this year likely will average some five per cent above the record $5.02 per 100 pounds of 1967. The Agriculture Department based this revised forecast on higher support levels announced or the 1968 69 marketing year and raised prices in federal marketing orders.

For the first quarter of this year prices furmers received for all milk averaged $5.18 per 100 pounds, up three per cent from a year earlier. The April average price was $5.01. April June milk production is expected to be lower than it was last year. Feed prices probably will continue to average under those of last year, while prices farmers receive likely will stay up. The prospect for the April June quarter is for a three per cent rise in the wholesale average of all dairy products.

Shafer's Office has authorized use of the Hunt National Guard Armory as sleeping quarters for the Poor People's Campaign ex pected to arrive Wednesday from the Midwest. Armory commander LtV Col. William Beadling told reporteis the Guard is happy to provide the Armory and will extend ev ery courtesy to the State Police Commissioner Frank McKetta said there ar; no special plans for state police activity in the city when the marchers arrive.

But he said plans are being formulated so the march will not tie up traffic. Safety Director David W. Craig said police will cooperate with the marchers. The marchers will only be sheltered in the Armory. Bead ling said they will have to provide their own bedding.

The Pittsburgh march committee has responsibility for getting the marchers from Pittsburgh to Washington. Pittsburgh is the last stopover for the Midwestern leg of the national march. Estimates of the num ber of marchers expected to ar rive in Pittsburgh have ranged from 300 to 3,000. KCTIOH NEW YORK (AP) Mrs. Elizabeth Bodine, 1968 Mother of the Year, raised her 18 children on a farm in North Dakota. Saying too much freedom is not good for children, she believes that it is better when they, have chores to do. Mrs.

Bodine's guidance has paid The numerous, offspring of this 70 year old native of Poland have made' their mark in America. They include a Navy "of ficer, a retired A'r Force colonel, three teachers, two nurses, a lawyer, a football coach and a baseball, coach. Her family including SO grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, is spread from Minnesota to California although six of the children make their homes in North Dakota. When they are not at their own home in Velva, N.D., Mrs. Bodine and her husband, Frank, a retired farmer, visit the children's homes, stopping, about, a month at each place.
