BOYDEN FARMERS CO-OP ASSN. REPRESENTED AT DES MOINES CONVENTION A change in the subscription rdtes to the Sioux County Index and Boyden Reporter is announced in this issue. This change in rates effective March 1, 1087. This, is the fintt rate change in more than twenty years for the local paper. The rising postal rates have made it necessary for the publishers to make this change.

New rates for Sioux, Lyon, O'Brien and Plymouth Counties will be $3.50 for 1 year; for two years. Outside of this area rates will be S4.00 per year. The class, which will be limited to fifteen men, will meet ten Wednesday evenings, seven to ten o'clock. Cost for the thirty hours of instruction, will be $15. The instructor will be Milo Lokken, teacher of the 48 week Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, day course in the vocational school. A graduate of North Dakota School of Science, Mr. Lokken has had twelve years ol experience in this field.
