Sept. 3. 1986 Salinas Californian 1 6 KSMS-Channel 67 begins Spanish-language programming Monterey Peninsula TV Cable Television will carry the station's programming on its cable system within a month, Valenzuela said. Valenzuela said the station's signal should reach south Monterey County in about six months.
