LONG BEACH (UPI) Two topics with short fuses in an election year conservation and the population bomb will be the gist of a nationwide mailing campaign to raise $100,000 a month (or Rep. Paul N. McCloskey. Jr. (R The Northern California congressman said Friday the mailing campaign begins soon in his drive to prevent iNixon renom ination next year.

McCloskey told a student audience at Cal State Long Beach that the two causes for which he fiehts hardest in Congress, pop ulation control and resource conservation, will be featured ui a specialized mailer within the next few days.
