fc I A Rookie Cookies Recipe Mini Mushroom Omelettes Youll need: 6 eggs, beaten l2 cup blue cheese salad dressing V2 teaspoon liquid hot pepper seasoning 1 cup mushrooms, chopped x2 cup onion, chopped greased muffin tins What to do: 1. Combine eggs, dressing and hot pepper seasoning in a medium bowl. Mix well. 2. Add mushrooms and onion.

Mix well. 3. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in greased muffin tins. 4. Bake in a preheated, 425-degree oven for 15 minutes.
