The plaintiff is Wyatt Sonny Boswell, 31, of Oakland, a components sngineer. Named defendants are the picket, Michael Thomas Foley, 46, of Fremont, and Lodge No. 1327 of the machinists' union. Boswell, a paraplegic, charges in the suit that he was "assaulted without justification nr provocation" and that Foley "in a rude, malicious, violent and insolent manner yelled at, menaced, intimidated, maligned, and threatened to physically injure plaintiff." Boswell asks $10,000 general damages and $25,000 exemplary and punitive damages. At the time of the incident Boswell complained to sheriff's deputies that Foley had jumped on the hood of his car as he tried to drive through the picket line and that whe he tried to shake him off Foley walked around to the' driver's side and punched him in the face.

Redwood City Harbormaster John Mackenhausen said tiho men were rescued by fee crew of an oil refinery tug which happened to be in the area. Rosselli and his wife, Mary, are named defendants in a 561,500 breach of contract suit filed in Superior Court.

The suit alleges that Mr. and Mrs. Rosselli backed out of a real estate deal, depriving the plaintiffs of their commission. Plaintiffs are real estate brokers Lester A. Heaiy doing business as Pan pac Realty Edward NacGurn, and Kojel schatz doing business as Redwood Hills Co.
