Smith and Lucile N. Smith were married May 29, 1941, in Napoleon, Ohio. They have two children: Marcia J. Boudreau of Mishawaka and Dr. Richard M.

of Honolulu. They also have four grandchildren. Mr. Smith retired 1975 from the U.S. Postal Service as a earner.

He has lived in South Bend for 69 years. Mrs. Smith retired in 1987 as office manager and bookkeeper at Watcon Inc. where she worked for 32 years. She has lived in South Bend for 72 years.

Darland 50th NEW CARLISLE Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wayne Darland of 32109 Indiana 2 will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 9, in the Community Church. Mr.

Darland and Betty J. Craycraft were maimed Jan. 8, 1941, in Rockville, Ind. They have two children: Dons Parsons of New Carlisle and Clarence of Arco, Idaho. They also have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mr. Darland retired in 1976 from Commercial Motor Freight, South Bend. Mrs. Darland retired in 1976 from Easy Heat. They have lived New Carlisle for 35 years.

Kati 50th PHOENIX, Anz. Mr. and Mrs. Frank A. Kati of Phoenix celebrated their 50th wedding with an open house May 26 the home of their daughter, Debbie Wahman of Phoenix.

Mr. Kati and Carla M. Nadolny were married May 30, 1941, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. They also have two grandchildren.

Employed by the Studebaker South Bend, for 22 years, Mr. Kati retired from Allied Products Corp. Mrs. Kati retired from 1st Source Bank where she was an elevator operator for 24 years. They lived South Bend for over 63 years.

Feirick 50th NILES Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Feirick of 2736 U.S. 12 E. will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise open house at 4 p.m.

Saturday in Milton Community Hall, 2576 E. Bertrand Road. Mr. Feinck and Maxene Renwick were married June 7, 1941, in Roseland. They have four children -Sandra M.

Vanderboegh and David A both of Niles; Elroy H. Jr of Edwardsburg; and Penny A. Makela of Universal City, Texas. They also have 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr.

Feirick retired 1976 from White Farm Equipment Co. He and Mrs. Feinck have lived in Niles for 50 years. Foy 50th SOUTH BEND Mr and Mrs. Frank Foy of 53332 Oakton Dnve thir 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Saturday at the Como Inn, Chicago.

Mr Foy and Mary Lawrence were mamed May 31, 1941, in Kokomo. They have two children: Craig of Granger and Diane Taghon of Chicago They also have six grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Mr. Foy retired 1985 from Tyler Refrigeration Corp Niles, in the engineering department. Mrs.

Foy retired from L.S. Ayres Co They have lived in South Bend for 50 years. Caligiuri 40th Brown 50th MISHAWAKA Mr. and Mrs. Walter L.

Brown of 1324 Lincoln Way E. celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Saturday at the Moms Inn, South Bend. Mr. Brown and Lillian J. Sechnst were mamed May 29, 1941, in Nappanee.

They have two children: Vicki L. Comstock of Wakarusa and Valene L. Brown of Nashville, Tenn. They also have two grandchildren. Mr.

Brown retired from Brown Brown Construction Wakarusa. Mrs. Brown retired from the Bendix Corp. They have lived in Mishawaka for 42 years.
