Red Skeltons holiday show on CBS-TV for Tuesday, Dec. 19 will be an all-pantomime half-hour sketch with Cara Williams as the guest star. Allen Ludden, host for CBS-TVs daytime Pass-word game show, also will ba the host for the nighttime edition which starts on Tuesday.
