He came to attend the annual Schut reunion which was held at the town park last Wednesday with nearly 200 people present. Mrs. Ernest Y. Mulder entertained the members, of the Missionary Guild of the First Reformed Church 'at a silver tea at her home on Wednesday afternoon. Several Sioux Center people drove to Htospers on Friday evening to attend the horse show and the other activities which were held there in connection "with the dedication of the new Memorial park.

Anna Mae, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kleene, suffered a fractured wrist -bone in a fall at her home on Wednesday evening. Mr. Harlan Kneppe of Cedar Palls arrived here on Thursday afternoon to get his family who had been spending a mouths visit at the parental Rev.

Mr. and Mrs. Sy Heemstra are the parents of a daughter Linda Ruth, born to them at the Maris maternity home on Thursday, June 13. Miss Cornelia Malipaard of Grand Hapids, Mich, the past week to spend an extended, visit at the home of her sister, Mr. and Mrs.

Henry Miedema and family. Miss Henrietta Ten Harmsel, who has been teaching school at Cicero, 111 for the past year, arrived here on Saturday and plans to spend the summer months with her parents, Mr. and "Mrs. A. Ten Harmsel.

Her sister Johanna who has also been teaching at Cicero went to Grand Rapids, Mich, where she is taking a course of study, in, sum mer school at Calvin college for the summer months. She plans to come home in August to spend a short time with her family bafore the girls return to their teaching duties.
