Fack, 47, of 207 W. Washington died Sunday (June 6, 1971) in a hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Germany and received a Ph.D. in soil chemistry from the University of Wisconsin in 1961. He worked in Africa and Puerto Rico before returning to the Madison area in 1970.

Surviving are his wife, the former Helga Stadlemann, Rt. 1, Stoughton; two daughters, Renate and Brigitte, and a son, Joachim, all of Rt. 1, Stoughton; and two brothers in Germany. The funeral was to be held at 4 p.m. today in the Edison-Olson Funeral Home, Stoughton.

Mrs. Joseph Moll WONEWOC Mrs. Joseph Moll, 75, died Saturday (June 5, 1971) at her home after a long illness. The former Minnie Reineke was born in Woodland Township. Surviving in the Madison area is a son, Joe, McFarland.

Also surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Reginald Schroeder, Nappanee, Ind. a foster son, Paul Kintz, La Valle; a brother, William, Wo-newoc; a sister, Mrs. Walter Larson, Wonewoc; and 12 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m.

Tuesday in St. Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the Thompson Funeral Home. Laurence Schoville BELOIT Lawrence L.

Schoville, 36, died Saturday (June 5, 1971) in a Rockford, hospital after a brief illness. A life-long Beloit resident, he was a laborer with the Beloit Corp. for the last 11 years. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Craddick, whom he married in 1959; a daughter, Kelly, and a son, Jeffrey, both at home; his parents, Mr.

and Mrs. Henry Schoville, Soldiers Grove; three brothers, Gerald, Soldiers Grove; Gale, Harrison, and James, Batavia, and two sisters, Mrs. Gloria Williams, Beloit; and Mrs. Doris McMahon, Brodhead. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m.

Kenneth D. Patton, 59, died Saturday (June 5, 1971) in a hospital after a brief illness. The former Vivian Heidrich was married in 1936 in They lived in Randolph and Marshfield before coming to Columbus in 1954. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and an assistant cafeteria director at the Wisconsin Academy. Surviving in the Madison area is a son, Delmar, McFarland.

Also surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Wendell Marsh, Ukiah, and Mrs. Roger Lee, Pewaukee; a son, Daniel, Columbus; two mothers, Alvin and Chester, Doth of Marshfield; and nine grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Wisconsin Academy Chapel, with Elder Robert Knutson officiating.

Burial will be in Columbus Hillside Cemetery. Friends may call at the Jones Funeral Home here after 4 p.m. Tuesday, and at the Wisconsin Academy Chapel from 12:30 p.m. Wednesday until time of services. Mrs.

Udell FALL RIVER -Funeral rites for Mrs. Roy G. Udell, 76. Fall River, who died Saturday in a Columbus hospital, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Fall River Methodist Church.

Friends may call at the Jones Funeral Home, Columbus, after 5 p.m. today. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Foster, Sun Prairie, and Prof. Jon, 5210 Barton and Prof. Gerald, 919 Eagle Heights, both of Madison, and 12 grandchildren.

Her husband was a former president of the Village of Fall River. Herman Hefty NEW GLARUS Funeral services for Herman D. Hefty, 74, New Glarus, who died Saturday in a Monroe hospital after an extended illness, were to be held today at 1:30 p.m. in the Zentner Funeral Home here. Masonic rites were conducted in the funeral home Sunday night.

John Davidson The funeral for John Davidson, 81, of 2045 Rusk who died Saturday, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Frautschi Funeral Home, 120 E. Wilson where friends may call after 6:30 tonight. Burial will be in the Verona Cemetery. Mr.

Davidson was married to Jessie France Oct. 28, 1919, in Platteville. He worked for the Madison Gas and Electric for more than 35 years, then for the Bank of Madison for 15 years. He was a World War I veteran and a member of Christ Presbyterian Church, the Veterans of World War and the VFW. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Lloyd 1025 Sue PL; and Lawrence Rice Lake; a daughter, Mrs.

George Dush-ack, Sun Prairie; two sisters, Mrs. George Sarbacker, Verona; and Mrs. Raymond Sier, Sterling, nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Edgar Haskins BARABOO Mrs.

Edgar Haskins, 87, died Friday (June 4, 1971) at home in Orlando, after a long illness. She formerly lived in Bara-boo. Surviving are three sons, Harold and Henry Harris, both of Orlando, and Roscoe Harris, Oswego, five daughters, Mrs. Laverne Knoop, North Freedom; Mrs. Grace Tinkham, Mrs.

Milly Hanford, and Mrs. Eva Howard, all of and Mrs. Faye Bell, Bara-b 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The funeral was to be held at 2:30 p.m. today in the Hanson Funeral Home, Baraboo.

Prof. Harry Hayden Clark, 69, of 734 Seneca PL, of the University of Wisconsin English a widely known teacher, scholar, and editor in the field of American literature, died Sunday (June 6, 1971) in a local hospital after a short illness. He was born in New Milford, and received his B.A. from Trinity College in 1923. In 1924, he received his M.A.

from Harvard and went to Yale to leach, and then to Middlebury College. He came to the UW in 1928, Prof. Clark was author of numerous scholarly articles and books, including books on John Greenleaf Whittier, James Russell Lowell, and major American poets. He was general editor of the American Writers Series, consisting of 23 volumes of works by major American writers, published beginning in 1934. He served on the editorial boards of American Bookman and American Literature.

In 1931, Prof. Clark received a Guggenheim Fellowship to study in Europe. He was also recipient of honorary degrees of doctor of laws from Bowling Green University in 1951 and doctor of literature from Trinity College in 1963, of fellowships from the Rockefeller Fund and the Library of Congress and of centennial awards from Buck-nell and Michigan State Universities. In addition to his work at the UW, Prof. Clark was a visiting professor at the Universities of Uppsala and Stockholm in Sweden, Northwestern University, Stanford University, and the Universities of Iowa, Southern California, North Carolina, and Wyoming.

Kenneth Klockow LAKE MILLS Kenneth G. Klockow, 28, Lake Mills, died Saturday in a Madison hospital after a short illness. Funeral arrangements were to be made at Ristow-Claussen Funeral Home here. Prof. H.

II. Clark Professors of English, and the Madison Literary Club. He was chairman of the American Literature Group of the Modern Language Assn, in 1948 and i of the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts, and Letters in 1965-66. Prof. Clark directed 104 doctoral dissertations at the UW.

He had planned to retire in 1972 and a group of his colleagues had planned to publish a book on literature in America in his honor. Surviving are his wife, the former Kathleen Deady; a son, Robert C. Clark, Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. Walter Mar-shall, Schenectady, N.Y.; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Roger W.

Clark, Madison, and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Frautschi Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev.

Alfred W. Swan, and the Rev. Edward E. Beatty of the First Congregational Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
