Grammar School Benefit Auction, contract and bunco wil he played at the Tempe grammar school benefit to be held at the auditorium at o'clock tonight. Extensive preparations are being made for the achievement event in the fields of public speaking, music, drama and retold story. Accomplishments of the season's study in the respective fields will be demonstrated by outstanding members the appreciation classes. On the following Tuesday, stake events will be held at the Mezona. Two nights may be required for the program, to be announced later by stake Preparations also are under way by the stake MIA for the annual May festival, scheduled May 3 at the Mezona. School Banquet Plans Are Made CHANDLER Committees in charge report that plans for the annual junior-senior banquet to be Saturday night in the study hall of the Chandler high school are well under way. Miss Ruth Plumb is chairman of all committees and announces that "The Circus" is the theme of the banquet. Miss Thelma Edgar and Mrs. Agnes Hunt Parke are teachers assisting the juniors, who have entire charge.
