the Soyden Hep6rter THURSDAY, MAY 27, Warning to Dog Owners We are getting 1 daily complaints about the inuisance of dogs. May 1 was the deadline for license. All dogs will be killed by the Marshal not having a tag on their collar. The following is part of Day Ordinance No. 20 Section 8.

It shall be lawful for any person to kill any dog caught in the act of killing any domestic fowl or animal, or attempting to bite any person outside the enclosure of said owner and which is an offensive and gets in neighbors gardens and destroys his property. Please cooperate with your mayor and council. If everybody would cooperate things would be much more pleasant but we have too many that violate the law every day in someway.
