The resignations come after a highly critical Navajo Nation Council earlier this year changed the makeup of NAPIs board and fired its manager. NAPIs farm near Farmington, N.M., hasnt turned a profit in more than 25 years of operation. The tribal council agreed to back NAPI with $10 million that had been set aside for a potato processing plant that never materialized.

Navajo Nation President Kelsey Begaye said he intends to present his appointments for NAPIs new board to a tribal economic development committee on Wednesday. Man arrested on Christmas night for drunk driving dies TUCSON (AP) A man arrested Christmas night for drunken driving died Wednesday after officers at the Pima County Jail found him having dif-ficulty breathing. The mans name was withheld until relatives can be told of the death, said Deputy Steve Easton. Tucson police received a call about a man passed out behind the wheel of a car about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Easton said.

Officers took two breath samples which showed a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 percent and 0.19 percent, Easton said. The presumed impairment level for motorists in Arizona is 0.08 percent. The man was arrested and booked into jail shortly after midnight. Corrections officers checked on him every 15 minutes, Easton said. At 1:55 a.m.

Wednesday, they found him having trouble breathing and called medics. The man was taken to St. Marys Hospital where he died. An autopsy will be scheduled. Postal Service vehicle at the intersection of Butler Avenue and San Francisco Street at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the Postal Service vehicle was traveling north through the intersection when an eastbound vehicle ran a red light and collided with it, pushing it into a stopped car at the intersection. The driver of the vehicle that ran the red light was treated and released at Flagstaff Medical Center for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.

Harrison, 66,. of Williams, died Tuesday Dec. 25, 2001. Mrs. Harrison was bom in Lowell, Mass.

She worked 27 years for the U.S. Forest Service and was a lifelong member of the Catholic church, She also enjoyed playing bridge. Mrs. Harrison is survived by daughters Catherine and Jennifer Harris; sons Michael and David Harrison; mother Jeannette Lamoureux; sisters Denise Murtha and Michelle Lamoureux; and six grandchildren. Her father, Albert Lamoureux, preceded her in death.

Cancino; daughters Carolyn and Judy; sons Russell, Glenn and Edward; sisters Jenny, Beatrice and Lucy; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. His brothers Sam and Ray preceded him in death. A mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Guadalupe Church, with funeral services following at Citizens Cemetery.
