Ask Your Druggist What to Do for Varicose Veins Widmann Teah will tell you: "Rub the surface gently towards the body with Moone's Emerald Oil. Makes your leg feel better even while you're doing it, and in minor cases often brings surprising relief.

"Then bind your leg with a bandage three Inches wide, and long enough to give the necessary support. Start winding the bandage from the ankle upwards that's the way the blood flows In the veins. "Any veins broken? Any ulcers? Emerald Oil will heal them right up. Make your leg as good as new. It doesn't stain, so you needn't be afraid of getting it on your clothes.

"If Moone's Emerald Oil doesn't help you more than anything else you've ever tried, Just bring It back ana we 11 giaaiy return your money, By RAYMOND CLAPPER, (United Press Staff Correspondent.) Washington, Nov. 5. Administration reinforcements are being massed behind Improving business reports which have sent a new spirit of hope through the country. Three projects, each Intended to reach to the man on the bottom of the economic heap, are being advanc ed by President Hoover: 1. An effort to deter short sellers from making bear raids in the Chicago wheat pit that might check the rapid rise of wheat and other grains which are adding millions of dollars in values to farmers' holdings, Is under way.

Wall Street restrictions have been Imposed. 2. A plan to ease financing of small homes, and to help farmers and hard pressed householder carry through the depression without sacrificing everything, 1 being worked out In conferences between President Hoover and representative of Building and Loan Associations and real estate organizations. 3. The Federal public building program Is being pushed In expectation that the 50,000 men now employed will be doubled by January 1.

Washington officials privately are encouraged over rising prices In wheat, oil and other commodities and New York listed stocks. But having seen their previous predictions of returning prosperity turn out to be premature, they are cautious about public utterances now. Privately, many believe a turn in the long depression has begun. In his home financing plan. President Hoover Is hitting at one of the long range difficulties which, unless dealt with, might harass the small householder for a long time after the main depression had disappeared.

He ettimates $1,500,000,000 to tied up in frozen real estate credits. The result is that pressure In financial difficulties, goes to hi banker or mortgage holder asking to be carried along and have his payments suspended for a while only to receive a cold stare. Mr. Hoover is considering the problem, according to a White House statement last night, in the hope of obtaining a "better long view financing of home ownership and the present emergencies in small mortgages upon urban and farm property used for homes." Cutting down of excessive interest, foisted upon the helpless owners through commissions, bonuses and trick fees, is another object. If such a plan can be worked out, officials believe it will further stimulate the general confidence inspired in the last few weeks by the rapid rises in wheat and some other lines.

The recent apparent check in the hoarding of money Is regarded as a hopeful sign. DURYEA HUNTEBS' ATTENTION Have J. M. Koval, Taxidermist, opposite the Airport, Wyoming Wyoming, Mount Your Trophies. Funeral of William Griffin.
