Young, srtsen making the announcement, explained that the Board of Governors desired to afford every opportunity to the many new members of the club to take advantage of all the facilities of the club.

Sisco's success as director of the Summer program for the junior members, led the Board to choose him for the new post. Sisco, a native of Paterson, Is presently a senior student at Panzer College of Physical Education and Hygiene in East Orange. A veteran, fee served four years with the U. S. Coast Guard, twenty-eight months of which he spent ia the European Theatre.

After 'serving as commanding officer of a subchaser, he was released from active duty with the Tik. of Ensign in the U. S. C. reserve.

After his release in 1946, he served as a director of a playground in Paterson, managed the lightweight basketbaH league and taught swimming and life saving at the Paterson V. M. A. where he was the assistant physical director and had charge cf all Red Cross water activities. His appointment as director of Junior Activities at 1L A.

C. early last summer resulted in the largest junior participation in many years. then current in Europe affecting United States policy. On April 21 the Forum subject will be the problems and possibilities of world government and the wisest course to be followed in aiding the evolution of the United Nations into an organization suitable for the sort of world we want. As in former years, Forum members will be entitled to admission to the auditorium for each meetingbe-fore 8:10 P.M., when the doors will be opened to the general public.

Checks for membership fees or for special contributions to the Forum expense should be made payable to The Montclair Forum and sent to Mr. James M. Speers, Membership Secretary, 3 Wendover Road, Montclair. There are three classes of membership: active $1, family $5 and sustaining $10. Outlines for use by discussion groups on the subject of each meeting will be made available.

Anyone wishing to form or to take part in a discussion group is invited to notify the vice-chairman in charge of discussion groups, Mrs. Woldemar Weiss, 285 Valley Road, Montclair (telephone Montclair 2-6025). A board of representatives of local church and civic organizations which is being formed to advise and cooperate with the promotion committee of the Forum, whose chairman is Mrs. David R. Treadwell, and with the Discussion Croup committee, led by Mrs.

LANCASTER of 261 Midland Avenue hoi been named executive secretary in chorae of personnel services of the Notional Council of the Y.M.C.A. The appointment was made at a meeting of the executive committee of the council. Mr. Lancaster has been a member of the personnel services staff sine 1945 and for a period was acting executive secretary.

Before this he hod been a member of the armed services department staff during three years of the USO program. He went to the national council in 1942 after having been associate general secretary at the Montclair Y.M.C.A., with which he was associated for sixteen years. Mr. Lancaster wos graduated from Springfield College, Springfield, ond did graduate work at New York and Columbia Universities. Thousands of satisfied men and women are members of the Grand Union family.
