James Fitzpatrick, the youthful producer, has dedicated his latest release, "Beethoven," to the fourth anniversary of the Branford, and Jacob L. Rittenband, conductor of the Branford Orchestra, has composed a musical program in keeping with the picture. The prologue is another A. Gordon Reid masterpiece, presenting the Branford Mixed Quartette and five dancing girls in a circus scene. As a special attraction, Maurice Brenner, the boy violinist, plays as well as leads the Branford Orchestra during the "Poet and Peasant" overture.

The Branford Review of Events and a comedy completes the motion picture program. Mahlon Pitney, lawyer, Congressman, State Senator, Supreme Court justice, chancellor and associate justice of the United States Supreme died at his winter home, No. 1763 street Northwest, Washington, D. early Tuesday morning. The Pitney family was one of the oldest in New Jersey. For generations they lived in the vicinity of Morris County.

They came from England before the revolution.
