COL. Joseph J. Williams. deputy commander of Army Signal Reserve groups in Pennsylvania, informed Sgt. Donald K.

Smith, local U. S. Army recruiter, yesterday of plans to organize in Stroudsburg a Signal Reserve group. The new unit will he of the 305th Signal Repair Co. based at Tohyhanna.

It will meet two nights a month in Stroudsburg and will have on- the-job training at Tohyhanna Signal Depot one Saturday each month. Col. Williams said the group will take Summer training at Fort George Meade, from Aug. 17 to 31. Men enlisting in the unit prior to June 30 will be able to attend training camp this Summer.
