The superiority of their bread is partly due to the improved quality of the flour made by the Knobloek mills, which has been noted on all brands since the new and improved machinery has been put in. C. Pease, the agent, who is now canvassing, a bird's-eye-view picture of Jhis city, as jit would appear to one on a high elevation near the southwestern corner, or up in a balloon, so as to be able to look over the entire place. The drawing shown us is the preliminary sketch, to be filled ont so as to make it more complete, and then lithographed and prjnted with colors, in size and form convenient for framing and to make ajfine picture ornament for parlor or library. It is not a map, in the sense of being drawn from survey, and yet it is both a map and a handsome drawing in per spective, showingthe streets, river.parks, public buildings and nearly every house in the city, large or1 small, with the groves, ishade trees, lawns, etc, and all the points of interest. It is a work with which every citizen must be pleased upon examination, and an explanation of the style in which it will be finished, by like drawings of other cities, which the agent exhibits.

The artist is Mr, Brosius, of Milwaukee, concerning whose skill his work speaks for itself. There is nothing sensational about iti nor is it an advertising dodge, yet the picture will of itself be a more vaiuaoie aavenisement oi our city, than which very few if any cities show more handsomely in a work of that kind. This chromo-lithographic, bird's-eye view, will make a fine ornament for the parlor, ahd we advise citizens to examine it leisurely and critically when the agent calls upon them. It is well worth that trouble to any citizen, whether feeling able to subscribe or not, and there is 'no -charge for the i exhibition. Look at it, it commends itself to the attention: of all.
