The largest number of members that ever attended an aninial meeting was assembled, there being present, in person and by proxy, 1,815 members. J. J. Bergstedt, president of the association, called the meeting to order promptly at ten o'clock. In opening the meeting President Bergs-tedt said in part: "I am pleased to report to you that during the past year harmony has prevailed among your Board of directors.

While there have been differences of opinions as to minor matters, yet all the major policies, plans and problems of the association have been decided by unanimous vote. "Our association has grown remarkably in size and strength since we met in this room one year ago. This growth would not have been possible without a steadfast and loyal membership. But it is important to have the association loyal to its employees as well as to have the members loyal to the association. And right here I want to suggest that the association as a business organization should carry the spirit of cooperation just as far as possible, consistent with good business.

It should be made profitable wherever possible, for an employee to profit by cooperating with the association to render better and more efficient service. The association must not neglect its faithful employees any more than it should neglect its faithful members." General Manager's l.oport "During the year 1925," General Manager Lawler stated, "the association handled 7S2.070 cases of eggs, an increase of 154,585 cases over the year 1921 an increase in volume of business of 24.6 per cent. The aggregate amount of money paid to our members for eggs this year, after all gains are accounted for will amount to approximately fS, 400, 000. "We have shipped during the year 1925 to eastern markets 652 carloads aggregating 320,962 cases of eggs, over ,40 per cent of. Mtrentire receipts.

"Due to our larger increased volume of eggs during the year 1925 our operating costs per dozen of eggs handled was ten per cent lower during the year 1925 than it was in 1924." In concluding his report, General Manager Lawler commented upon the proposed new feed and poultry departments of the association as follows: "I have made a study of these two proposed activities and I am convinced that these now services can bo handled with credit to the association, and that they will prove of great benefit to our members.
