Here is a method of packing' plrk that will make some work, but Iheif it will keep the pork so that it is awlet and palatable: Prepare a brine fhs strong As boiling water and pure salt will make it ana keep it at or near the boiling point As soon as the porkf is dressed cat it for packing.
