TT bAilx Shii'lds a TAGGART, Ronald Apr 14, 1933 -Oct 14, 2018 Ronald Taggart, aged 85, left these earthly bonds on October 14, 2018, at his home in Peter D. Clark.

Ron fought the good fight, but in the end, his family had to wish him "good Ron was proud to call himself husband to his beloved wife Anita; dad to Christopher (Sandra), and Deborah (Ron); grandpa to Dean, Diane, Chris and Pam; and great grandpa. Ron had been a champion golfer at his favourite, Rideau Lakes Golf club, an avid curler, and a Florida snowbird. He loved his cottage on the Big Rideau, which he practically built himself with, of course, the help of his many friends. There was nothing Ron couldn't build or fix and was always ready to lend a helping hand. The family would like to extend our gratitude to all of the staff at Peter D.

Clark for their kindness and dedication to Ronald's care. Ron can be found at Pinecrest Cemetery, where his family wished him farewell at a private ceremony. Ella was predeceased by her husband Arthur James Spencer (1994) and by her son Gary Spencer (1968). She is missed by her daughter Lynda Newell and son-in-law Randy, granddaughter Nicki Newell, grandson James Newell, his wife Cindy and their three sons Ryan, Alex and Justin.

Ella was born September 2, 1925, daughter of the late Madeline and Rev. Henry Peeling. She grew up in Bruce Mines, Ontario and spent most of her adult life in Sudbury, Montreal and Toronto, before moving to Lynwood Manor in Ottawa a year ago. Ella was the sister of the late Rev. William "Bill" Peeling (Anne) and the late Ernest Peeling (Dorothy).

She will be remembered by the nine Peeling nieces and nephews and their children Jim (Rosanna), Susan Marble (David), Teresa Ashton (Philip), Elizabeth Cummings (Scott), Bob, Rosemary Bannerman (Jeff), Albert, Jocelyn, and Henry. Also fondly remembered by the Spencer family: nephews John and David Spencer, Mary Lou Boileau, Jane Varty and Jean Spencer, their children and her many friends. Special thanks to Jane, Donna, Harriet and Nancy who comforted Ella during her last days, the staff at the Queensway Carleton Hospital ward D3 and the staff at the palliative care ward at the Bruyere Continuing Care. UNGRIN, Cecilia RYAN, Douglas Francis June 4, 1921- October 24, 2018 Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Montfort Hospital on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at the age of 97 years. Cherished husband of the late Eleanor (nee Chartrand) and beloved son of the late Patrick and Ida (nee Kelly) Ryan. Devoted father to his son Wilbay (Catherine). Most loved grandfather of Rebecca, Jonathan, Jeffrey (Jessica), James and Justin. Brother of the late Patricia, Aileen, late Muriel, Ula, late Kenneth, late Clare and Phyllis.

Grignon) announces that she passed away peacefully at her home in Extendicare Brampton on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at the age of 89 years.

Agnes enjoyed her early years in Sturgeon Falls, ON and left to pursue a nursing career in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal before her marriage in Montreal in 1957. Agnes was a wonderful mother who will be lovingly remembered by her children, James (Deborah) Shane, Carol Shane and Linda (Paul) Roach. Agnes will also be fondly remembered by her four grandchildren, Amanda, Christopher, Jeremy and Kyle Roach. Agnes was predeceased by her husband Gerald John Francis Shane (1921 2001), her parents Cheri Grignon and Agnes (Fortier) of Sturgeon Falls, ON and siblings Yvette (Albert), Rolande (Tom), Jacqueline (Leo), Therese (William), Jean-Paul (Mary), Rene (Joan) and Fernande. Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 3 at 10:00 a.m.

Elsa Astrid 1937-2018 Elsa Astrid MacRitchie, 81 of Ottawa, passed away on October 25, 2018 in Ottawa. Elsa was born in Ottawa to Anna and Aksel Games on February 13, 1937. She married Ivan MacRitchie on February 1, 1958 in Ottawa and they happily celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary earlier this year. Elsa is survived by her loving husband Ivan MacRitchie, her children Cindy (Steve Wilkes), Brenda and Scott as well as her Brother Rolf Games and her Grandchildren Melissa Tucker and Jessica Kahler along with great-grandchildren Sophia and Penelope. Elsa was preceded in death by her son Glen Ivan MacRitchie, her parents Anna and Aksel Games and by her Brother Albert Games.

Her devotion for her craft never waned as she volunteered in primary school classrooms into her early 90's. Cecile was also a talented watercolour artist and many friends and family will continue to remember her through the many paintings she created.
