Sur' viving are one daughter, Mrs. Florence Blixt, and her husband Ken, of Saskatoon, three sons, William, and his wife, Myrtle, of Comox, B.C., John, and his wife, Lessie, of Saskatoon, and David, of Edmonton,elevengrandchildren,elev-en great grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Charlotte Britton of Aberdeen, and Mrs. Mary Buglas, of North Battleford. Mrs. Gray was predeceased by her husband, John in 1954, by six brothers, and by one sister and by one granddaughter. The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Women's Auxiliary of the Anglican Church in Perdue rather than floral tributes. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January21st, 1987 at2:00p.m. in the Perdue Legion Hall, conducted by Rev. Canon L.F. Gill. Interment will be made in the Leney Cemetery. KNIGHT The death of Mrs. Edith Knight, in her 97th year, of Sunnyside Nursing Home, Saskatoon, formerly of Hanley, Saskatchewan, occurred at her residence on January 19th, 1987. Surviving are two daughters, Joyce (Bill) Harris, of Hanley, and Gladys (Charles) Harris, of Calgary, Alta., ninegrandchildren, ninegreat grandchildren, and one sister, Eileen Clements of Wawota, Saskatchewan. Mrs. Knight was predeceased by her husband, Richard in 1973, by a son, Douglas in 1980, by a grandson, Bradley in 1967, by three brothers, and by four sisters. Mrs. Knight was born and raised in Wapella, Saskat-chewan. She graduated from Normal School and taught In various places in Saskatchewan. She met and married her late husband in Riverhurst where they farmed until moving to Hanley in 1966. Mrs. Knight was keenly interested in world events. Her greatest past time was her fancy work, gardening, and viewing all television sports, especially hockey. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Hanley Senior Citizens Association, or the Hanley United Church. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 23rd, Iv87at2:00p.m. in the Hanley United Church conducted by Rev. Gerald Buhr. Interment will be made in the Hanley Cemetery. He was wounded in France and was honorably discharged on May 17, 1919. He married Maude Peate of Kingscourt, County Caven,lrelandonJulyl9,1922inWlnnipeg,Man. Yausie, aged 69 years, of Grand Centre, Alberta, formerly of Saskatoon, Whittome and Prince Albert occured at Cold Lake, Alberta on Saturday, January 17, 1987. The Funeral Service will beheld in Colonsay United Church inColonsay, Saskatchewan on Thursday, January 22 at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Reverend Bruce Johnson. Interment will be in Zelma Cemetery. Predeceased by his parents; a sister Merle Isherwood; two brothers Floyd Yausie and Wesley Yausie. Lawrence is survived bv his loving wife Ruth; one daughter Darlene and her husband Brian Taylor of Bas-sano. Alberta; two sons Larry Yausie and Kelly Yausie both of Edmonton, Alberta. Lawrence is also survived by one sister Evelyn and husband Bob Trembath of Hope, British Columbia; two brothers Howard (Kay) Yausie and Clayton (Bernie) Yausie both of Saskatoon; and many nieces and nephews. BRONSCH Louis Carl Bronsch passed away in the City Hospital on Sunday morning January 18th, 1987 at the age of 77 years. Louis was born April 5th, 1909onhisfather'sfarmnorthof Radis-son. He is remembered by his loving wife, Clara, and his family of five daughters and two sons, Lorraine of Calgary, Eileen (Earl) Hamilton, of Calgary, Marion (Bob) Creswell, of Regina, Edwin (Josephine), Tllley Alberta, Carol (Bob) Hamilton, of Saskatoon, Angela (Alvin) Harrison of Saskatoon, and Rodney (Jo Anne), of Radisson, twenty grandchildren, andeight great grandchildren. He is also remembered by three sisters, Emma Lindsay of Starbuck, Manitoba, Mary (George) Born of Saskatoon, and Cora (Jack) Burnham, of Mount Vernon, Washington and bv two brothers, Ernest (Mary) of Swift Current, and Walter of North Battleford. He was predeceased by a daughter Evelyn Shirley, by four brothers, Herman, f Washington, Fred of' Regina, August of Radisson, and Johnny of Saskatoon. He successfully farmed in the Radisson district for forty eight years. During that time he served on the church council at Zion in the country and St. Paul Lutheran Church in Radisson. He also worked on the Board of the Farmer's Union during theearlypart of hisfarming years, then moved into Radisson in 1956. He was an active member on the '71 Senior Club. Louis and Clara moved to the Luther Tower in Saskatoon in February 1986. HeservedasFirst Vice President of the Tenants Association at the Tower. The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Luther Tower Development Committee rather than floral tributes. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 21st, 1987 at 2:00 P.M. in Zion Lutheran Church 323 4th Avenue South, Saskatoon, conducted by Pastor A.A. STIMPSON The passing of Donald Garnett Stlmpson, age 37 years, of No. 5 1436 East 1st, Vancouver, B.C. occurred suddenly in Vancouver on January 7th, 1987. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 22nd at 1 1 :00 a.m. conducted by Rev. Terry Hastings from Calvin-Goforth Presbyterian Church, Sommer-feld Avenue and 3rd Street. Surviving are: his parents, Ted and Dorothy Stlmpson of Saskatoon; his sister, Judith Stimpson of Saskatoon; his brother. Garth (Louiseann) of Saskatoon; one niece, Amanda Stimpson, one nephew, Troy Stimpson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparentts. The late Mr. Stimpson was born and raised in Saskatoon, had attended Thornton School and Aden Bowman Col legiate and was act i ve i n hockey as well as other school activities. Don later moved to Vancouver and had resided there since. In lieu of flowers Memorial donations made to the Calvin-Goforth Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated. The Prayer Service was held on Monday, January 19 at 8:00 p.m. at St. Odilon's Roman Catholic Church in Rosthern. The Funeral Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Gilles Doucette on Tuesday, January 20, 1987 at 10:30a.m. from St. Odilon's Roman Catholic Church in Rosthern.
