(CP) Resort Temperatures 2416 I Reason: 1. Basic Planning Statement: The amendment will allow council great flexibility in providing for expansion adjacent to the existing hamlets, and in controlling the use and density of development, while at the same time, ensuring that the costs of servicing will be born by the development. The amendment will affect land abutting the hamlets of Dunfermline, Grandora, Pippin and the SE 14 6-34-6-W3. 2. Zoning Bylaw: The amendment is a result of a subdivision proposal submitted by the owners of land in the SE 14 35-36-8-W3 for residential development at country residential densities.

Council considers such development as the most appropriate use of the subject land. Bylaw Inspection: The bylaws may be inspected by any interested person at the Municipal Office in Vanscoy on any Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Copies of the bylaw are available at the Municipal Office.
