Payne of Saskatoon and formerly of Elstow passed away on November 16th, 1988 In a local hospital at the age of 73 years. She was predeceased by: her mother, Mary Churchill; herfather, Percy Churchill, her stepmother: one brother: one sister: her niece and nephew, Evelyn and Brian Stensrud in 1987. Surviving are; her husband Albert; two sisters, Delia Turner (Wllf)of Princeton, B.C.and Irene Howie (William) of St. Albert, Alberta; a niece Marion Nelson Ken) of Duncan, B.C. and also a nephew Ralph Gordon (Grace) of Saskatoon.

He was predeceased by his wife, Julia In 1967 and by a daughter, Julia Schaller in 1978. The late Mr. Por was born In Hungary and imigrated to Canada in 1930, settling in the Hughton, Sask.

THIESSEN The death of Margareta Thiessen (nee Fehdrau) age 97 years of Central Haven Personal Care Home, Saskatoon occurred at her residenceon Tuesday, November 15th, 1988. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 19th at 10:30 a.m. from Central Mennon-ite Brethren Street West) conducted by Pastor Arnie Fehderau and Pastor Reuben Baerg. Surviving are: one daughter, Louise Neufeld of Saskatoon; two sons, Henry H. (Betty) Thiessen of Tampa Bay, Florida and Peter H.

(Margaret) Thiessen of Regina, She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Thiessen; son-in-law, Henry Neufeld; two Infant great-granddaughters; seven brothers and seven sisters. Mrs. Thiessen was born on September 21st, 1891 In Samara, Russia. She Immigrated to Canada In August of 1926 settling In the Hanley district until 1932 when she moved to live In the Hepburn district. Mrs.

Thiessen moved to make her home In Saskatoon In 1949. Following the death of her husband Henry in 1977, Mrs. Thiessen moved In the fall of that year to make her home in the Central Haven Personal Care Home. Her family are very thankful for the loving care she received while living at the Central Haven Personal Care Home. Mrs.

Thiessen was an active member of the Central Mennonite Brethren Church and served many hours as volunteer in the work and life of her church. Interment will takeplace in thefamllyplotlnHillcrest Memorial Gardens. Funeral Service arrangements have been entrusted to the SASKATOON FUNERAL HOME. ZENTNER The death of Henrietta Barbara Zentner of Leroy, Sask. occurred on November 15th, 1968 at the University Hospital, Saskatoon, Sask.

They purchased the Sinnett General Store and operated it along with farming. He was employed with the Pioneer Grain Co.

as an elevator agent in Sinnett. After a number of years he directed his whole attention towardsfarmingand toiled long hoursuntil retiring to Saskatoon In 1967. He became employed full time with the Saskatoon Separate School Board as a Custodian and received recognition in 1979 for his retirement, even though he worked casual until 1984. He was a Brother of Fr. O'Leary's Council 5104, Knights of Columbus, Saskatoon.

Heenioyed the yard and garden work and visiting with rlendsover a game of cards. He dearly loved hisgrandchildren and great grandchildren.
