It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of their very loving mother and wife on May 22, 2001 at the age of 73. Mom was born in Marcelin, SK on May 30, 1927 and married Andrew on June 11. 1946.

She will be missed by her loving husband, Andrew; son, Larry (Jackie); and her daughter, Lynn (Wayne) Parchewski. She cherished her four grandchildren, Trevor, Julie, Curtis and Christa. She also treasured her brothers and sisters, Bill (Grace) Diehl, Henry Diehl, Fred (Eva) Diehl, Ray (Leona) Diehl, Lillian (George) Marquis and Rose (Claire) Boorse; her sisters-in-law, Margaret and Florence Diehl; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her granddaughter. Lisa Dawn in 1983; her parents, Jane Diehl (nee Gillette) in 1977 and Harry Diehl in 1988; her brothers, Lawrence in 1977 and Rene in 1978.

She loved to be at their cabin at Big Shell Lake, where she spent many hours fishing and playing cards. She was involved with the lord Nelson seniors and spent many evenings enjoying social activities, as well as, bowling and having coffee with friends. Her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nursing staff at Royal University Hospital for their excellent care of Myrtle. Vigil of Prayer will be held at Park Funeral Chapel, 311 Third Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK on Thursday, May 24, 2001 at 8:00 p.m.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Cathedral, Spadina Crescent East and 5th Avenue North, toon, SK, on Friday, May 25, 2001 at 9:30 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Fr. Andrzej Wychucki. Rite of Committal will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Saskatoon, SK.

Vehicles. ..4265 salespeople. Deaths 1000 1000 HALEWICH Olga Halewich (nee Klopoushak). It is with deep sorrow that the family of Olga Halewich announce her passing on May 16, 2001.

Olga was born in Hafford, SK on January 10, 1932. She moved to Glaslyn when she married Peter Halewich and resided there for many years. Following the death of her husband she moved to Battieford, SK. There she enjoyed the company of her friends. Olga had a green thumb and loved to care for her house plants and her garden.

She also had a creative flair for crafts. She was predeceased by her husband, Peter; and infant son, Patrick; her parents, and Ann Klopoushak; two sisters, Nellie and Kathy; and two brothers, Joe and Mike. She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Mary Harasym, Natalie Nykiforuk, Anna Hawryliw, Lily Herman, Edward Klopoushak and Stan (Anne) Klopoushak. Also left to mourn her passing are numerous nieces and nephews. 000.

Prayers will be said at St. Johns Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 992-108th North Battleford, SK at 7:30 p.m. 1 Thursday, May 24, 2001 with the Funeral Service held at St. Peter and St. Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Glaslyn, SK on Friday, May 25, 2001 at 10:00 a.m.

446-4200. KOSTIUK The death of Alexander (Alex) Kostiuk occurred on May 20, 2001. A Prayer Service will be held at 6:30 p.m., Friday, May 25, 2001. (Please note change in time) The Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2001 by Rt. Rev, Valdimir Mudri.

Both services will be held at St. George's Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 214 Ave Saskatoon, SK. Alex was predeceased by his son Lawrence; his parents, Sam and Doris Kostiuk; a sister Emily; and brothers Prokop, Mike, John, George, Steve and Metro. Alex is survived by his wife Maria; his son Jerry (Sandra) Kostiuk; his daughter Cheryl (Vince) Seaborn; his grandchildren, Shannon, Glenda, Michelle and Kayla Kostiuk; Kristie and Thomas Seaborn; brother Ted (Marlynn) Kostiuk; and sisters Bella Thiessen and Mary Chelak. Alex Kostiuk was born in 1919 in the Fish Creek district.

He went school in Alvena. He served in WWII under Kings Own Rifles Ration Trail "A Coy'. Alex married Mary Chrun on October 4, 1947. They had three children. They farmed in the Cudworth district, then farmed in the Red Hill district until July 1974, when they moved to Saskatoon.

He worked for the City of Saskatoon until he retired. He loved to travel to family and friends. He took care of the garden. Alex loved his grandchildren and animals. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Catholic Cemetery.

Vera is survived by daughter, Diane Ureta (Ken) of Saskatoon; son, Ben Callahan of Saskatoon; grandchildren, Cory and Kenny; brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Royal FU- University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK, S7N neral arrangements have been entrusted to Kenneth J. Scheirich, LE of PARK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 244-2103. BRUCH John Mike Bruch of Davidson, SK passed away suddenly on May 21, 2001. He was born on June 28, 1926 at Killaly, SK.

His family moved to the St. Walburg area in 1927. farming at Flat Valley, between Loon Lake and Goodsoil. At age 12, John was stricken with polio, which temporarily paralyzed him from the neck down. He was not expected to live more than six months, but miraculously, he recovered and went on a to a long and varied life.

Working with the phone company and the railroad were a big part of his young adult life. He also had a love of training horses. In 1947, he began working on his brother-in-law, Frank Bender's farm near Loreburn, SK. In 1958, John married Rose Marie Young, who was teaching at Cherry Grove School near Loreburn, SK. They lived on a farm nearby, where they raised their children and farmed until moving to Davidson in 1987.

John kept busy with yard work and chores for a variety of people, and often Rose Marie would help him out. His garden, plants and other special projects kept him busy through the years. His grandchildren were a great source of pride and joy and every moment he spent with them was precious. John is survived by his loving wife, Rose Marie and his family, Cathy (Rex) Preston, Trevor, Christopher of Stranraer, SK, Phil (Kristen) Bruch, Riley, Justin, Jasmine of Saskatoon, SK, Doug (Wanda) Bruch, Dylan, Lindsay, Autumn of Regina, SK, Paul Bruch of Saskatoon, SK, Shirley (Peter) Voldeng, Addison, Scott, Sarah of Naicam, SK, Tim Bruch of Davidson, SK, Trich (Clayton) Schilling, Jacob of Davidson, SK, John is also survived by three brothers, Bill (Martha) Bruch of Calgary, AB, Ernie (Doreen) Bruch, of Medicine Hat, AB, and Milton (Betty) Bruch of Woodstock, ON. John also has numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

John was predeceased by his parents, Anton and Catherine Bruch, brother, Henry Bruch; sister, Irene Bender; son, Raymond Bruch and granddaughter, Sydney Schilling. A Prayer Vigil will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Davidson, SK on May 24, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on May 25, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Davidson are entrusted to Hanson's I I I Funeral Home of Swimming Pool Fund. McMILLAN Keldon Garfield McMillan, born on May 19, 1968, passed away suddenly on May 20, 2001 at the age of 33. Keldon is survived by his wife, Kimberly McMillan (nee Clayton); and his two children, Layken and Keyra. He is also survived by his parents, Victoria and Ralph McMillan of Saskatoon; his sisters, Donna Dee (Gary) Anderson of Saskatoon, Gerri (Gino) Piro of Saskatoon and Cheryl McMillan of Saskatoon. He will be missed forever by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Keldon was born in Saskatoon and was second in the family.

He lived in Flin Flon for five years where he learned to love the outdoors, camping and fishing. He moved back to Saskatoon and attended Westmount School for elementary school and Bedford Road for grade nine. He finished high school and took his first year of university in Manitoba. He moved back to Saskatoon in 1989 and met Kim, the love of his life, in 1995. Keldon began building homes in 1996, and in 1999 established McMillan Homes.

Keldon lived life to the fullest. He was a member of a baseball team and a hockey team in the city, and was a previous owner of the Saskatoon Royals hockey team. Keldon loved to spend time with his wife and children. They shared many memories of camping trips and fishing. Keldon loved to entertain and shared his home with his many friends and family.

We will all deeply miss Keldon in our lives and will cherish our numerous memories of him. A Memorial Service will be held at the Acadia Drive Funeral Chapel (915 Acadia Drive, Saskatoon) at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2001. Interment will take place in Strathclair, Manitoba at a date. Memorial donations may be directed to the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation.

Arrangements are entrusted to John Schachtel, ACADIA DRIVE FUNERAL CHAPEL (955-1600). FRIESEN David A. Friesen of Osler, SK, formerly of Eigenhoff, MB, passed away on May 22, 2001. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. from Osler Mission Chapel, Osler, SK with Pastor Bill Janzen officiating.

Dad Friesen is lovingly remembered by his wife, Eva; four sons, Ed (Ruth), grandchildren, Melody, Kevin, Curtis, Micheal, Mary Ruth and Mathew and six children; son, Herman (Alice), grandchildren, Bradley, Dale, Rhonda, Leah Dawn great-grandchildren; son, Dave (Judy), grandchildren, Perry, Cory and three great-grandchildren; son, Ben (Maria), grandchildren, Quintin, Rose Marie, Jeanette, Christine and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Henry (Ann), Bill (Ann), Ben (Betty); two sisters, Agatha (Ed) Toews, Eva (Henry) Kehler. Predeceased by his parents; brothers, Abe, Diedrich, Martin and three infant brothers; sisters, Mary, Susie, Tena, Helena; one infant grandson; first wife, Maria; second wife, Justina. May he rest in peace. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Osler Mission Chapel DVBS. Interment will take place in Cemetery Altona, MB.

Arrangements are in care of MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (934-4888). DINGWALL The death of the Rev. N. Stewart Dingwall occurred on Friday, May 18, 2001. Left to mourn his loss are his loving wife, Gwen; his daughter, Janet Wilson-Holmes and of her children, Mark, Cara and Jonathan Ryan Saskatoon; his daughter, Karen Stewart of Toronto; and his son, Sheldon (Julie) Dingwall and their children, Christiana, Thomas and Evangelina of Saskatoon; two special nieces, Thedra Hunt (Bernie Slogotski) and their son, Ryan (GeriLynne); Janice (Ben) Partyka and their daughters, Lesia and Brendine; a special nephew, Bill (Linda) Hunt; sisters-in-law, Grace Richardson, Olive Wilson, Lillian Mitchell; brothers-in-law, Neil (Edith) Heuser, Alec (Evelyn) Heuser.

He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Dr. Daniel E. Wilson; sisters, Marguerite Trask, Mary Dingwall, Jean Hunt; brothers, Jack, Don and Fred Dingwall; sisters-in-law, Ethel, Dorothy and Irene Dingwall, Iva Schneider; brothers-in-law, Roy Hunt, Chet Schneider, Coral Trask, Roy Richardson, Ray Wilson and Jack Mitchell. Stewart enlisted in the R.C.A.F. in 1942 and served at Alliford Bay and Cape St.

James, I Queen Charlotte Island, Comox, Vancouver Island and Air Force Headquarters Vancouver, BC. Upon discharge he studied at The University of Saskatchewan and was ordained into the ministry of the United Church of Canada in 1954. Stewart served for a total of 31 years in three pastoral charges, Dubuc-Waldron, SK, Carlyle, SK and Mayfair United Church, Saskatoon, SK. Seventeen of those years were spent at Mayfair United Church. Stewart was a Padre for the Royal Canadian Legion branches at Dubuc and Carlyle and Padre for the Nutana Branch in Saskatoon from 1969-2000, being appointed honorary Chaplain in January 2001.

He also served as chaplain for the Department of Veteran's Affairs at the Saskatoon Veterans' Home for 21 years. Stewart was a people person, a thoughtful caring, fun-loving person, always enjoying a few moments of laughter with those abour him old or young. He sought to cheer and encourage those who were ill, and always enjoyed the company of family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated.

A Service of Celebration will be held at Grace-Westminster United Church (505-10th Street East) on Saturday, May 26, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Jack Carr, Rev. W.A. Stevens, Rev.

Ross McMurtry and Rev. Glen Thompson officiating. A private family interment will take place in Soldier's Field, Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon, SK. Arrangements are entrusted to McKAGUE'S FUNERAL CHAPEL (David Grambo, 664-3131)..
