Shedd. A completely re-organized volunteer fire department is serving residents of Manila today because of his ceaseless drive. As a result of his foresight, courage, relentless effort and his ability to make decisions without prejudice, Manila has made tremendous progress in the last six years. Voters of Mississippi County, the office of County Judge requires honesty, integrity, ability and, above all, a desire to do at all times only those things that are best for all of us.
