Ringling Denied Review Of Divorce Bradenton, Fla. (P) Judg W. T. Harrison Wednesday filed an order denying a petition of Mrs. Emily Ringling for a review and amendment to the divorce decree granted her husband, the late John Ringling, in July, 1936.

Mrs. Ringling's petition, filed last summer, charged the divorce was obtained by fraud and that she had some newly discovered evidence which she desired to present. She claimed she had three witnesses whose testimony would be presented to prove the fraud allegations but Judge Harrison ruled the witnesses could have been produced before the divorce decree was granted.
