The locals expect a victory over their opponents as they will present their strongest lineup for this contest which will undoubtedly be one of the best seen at Lynx-ville for some time.

An interesting game will be held at League park tomorrow when the Nelsons cross bats with the Schellhas team of Winona which is one of the strongest nines in that city. Indications are that a great battle will follow as the teams appear to be evenly matched. The Summits are to meet the Onalaska nine at Onalaska tomorrow and the Summits are looking for a victory. The Big Stone county grand jury late yesterday returned an indictment against the St. Paul road, charging negligence in operation in connection with the wreck at Odessa, December 18, 1911, in which ten persons were killed. The Indictment virtually amounts to manslaughter In the second degree, County Attorney A. B. Karcher maintaining that under the circumstances a criminal Indictment will lie against the corporation.

A similar Indictment was returned against L. W. Glllick, conductor of the first Bection of train No. 18. Roy Law, rear flagman of the first section, was indicted on a charge of willful negligence to obey rules, amounting, in effect, to a misdemeanor.

Train Dispatcher Noonan of Aberdeen, although ordered to appear before the grand Jury, did not come. He Is now at Regina, Canada. Transportation was sent him, but he sent word that he would not be able to be on hand. Evidence considered only in the case of Mrs. C.

W. Barber of Perry, one of the passengers killed in the wreck, but County Attorney Karcher says he regards this as a test case only, and will consider the killing of the ten victims as separate offenses, on all of which those Indicted may be tried.
