TUESDAY, MARCH 4, 1997 IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS TODAY: Do what your Inner voice tells you this year and have faith that powerful forces are guiding you in the right direction.

You don't have to travel through life alone. Look within and you will find the perfect companion tor your journey. ARIES (March 21 April 19): If you can't make up your mind over what it is you should be doing, don't do anything. There are days when it pays to drift along without a care in the world; this is one of them. Relax today and tomorrow you will be back on track.

TAURUS (April 20 May 20): You are an easygoing person in many ways, but you can be fanatical about certain beliefs. No matter how strong your opinions, not everyone shares your view of the world. Some may be violently opposed. "Think before yog preach" should be your motto for the day. GEMINI (May 21 June 20): Worry does not have to be negative, especially if it encourages you to do something positive.

Because you are worried about your financial situation you are looking hard for solutions. Keep looking you will surely find them, CANCER (June 21 July 22): It would be unwise to say or do anything that upsets the balance of a relationship, be It romantic or platonic in nature. Planetary aspects are playing tricks on you both, so what you decide is unlikely to be what you really want to do. Wait a day or two and the picture will clear. LEO (July 23 Aug.

22): The easy way out of your current predicament is to throw yourself into your work and forget what you are worried about. The sensible way, of course, is to confront your fears and do something about them. You will have to face up to reality sooner or later it might as well be now. VIRGO (Aug. 23 Sept.

22): Something good is about to happen in your life, something unexpected but utterly delightful. Others may not see what all the tuss is about, but as far as you are concerned it is the best thing that could have happened. The signs are there today. Watch out for them. LIBRA (Sept.

23 Oct. 22): Just because you know a person inside out does not mean you know what heshe is thinking every minute of every day. Someone close is about to do something that takes you by surprise but only because you allowed yourself to be lulled into a false sense of security. SCORPIO (Oct. 23 Nov.

21): Things wont happen the way you expect them to today, but is that really such a bad thing? Changes are important, but how you react to them is more important still. Don't make such a big deal out of the little things that go wrong. You may miss the big things that ara always going right. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22 Dec.

21): You are an extremely willful person. But there are some things you cannot get through force of will alone, and one of these could cause you problems today. Pretend you arent really interested and what you want will come to you. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 Jan.

19): Planetary activity Is both a blessing and a curse. You must be careful what you say or claim today. It may seem self-evident to you, but the facts on which your case is based aren't as solid as you appear to believe. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20 Feb.

18): You are no stranger to battles between the flesh and the spirit, so what happens next is unlikely to surprise you. What might surprise you is your level of self-discipline you find it easy to say no to things you don't really need. If only every such battle could be won this easily. PISCES (Feb. 19 March 20): Planetary influences mean you can and must aim for your highest ideal.

You may not think you are capable of perfection, but you are. It will take a superhuman effort, but you can do it if you try.
