Little did wa know that morning What sorrow the day would bring, When his heart ot gold stopped beating Though he did not know a thing. Do not ask us If we miss him There Is such an empty space, We cannot forget his footsteps And the loving smile upon his face.

Hishand we cannot touch, All we have is memories Of a man we loved so much. We can't explain to others The loss we feel Inside, We only know we miss him And the tear we try to hide. We hold bark our tears when we speak his name But the ache In our hearts remains the same. Always remembered and very sadly missed by wife Elizabeth and daughter Shirley. HOWLETT In loving memory of our dear father and grandfather, John, who passed away January 14, 1971.
