Two other persons charged with possession of forgery materials, and with break and enter at Golf's, will appear April for a preliminary hearing of the charges.

Mr. Parenteau and the two other Rien, James Sawyers and Clifford Thomas, are charged with paying for a meal at Golf's with a bad cheque for $93.80 about 10 p.m. Jan. 22. The three men and Ms.

Gerdiner are charged with breaking into the restaurant early the next morning. Police later recovered seven wallets which contained identification, and had been reported stolen. A Saskatoon woman pleaded guilty in magistrates court Wednesday to break, enter and theft at Golf's Steak House Jan. 23. Melody Gardiner, of 615 5th will be sentenced March 4.

A second charge against her, of possession of materials intended to be used to commit forgery, was dismissed. Patrick Parenteau, 23, of 615 5th pleaded guilty in an earlier court appearance to the break-in. He will be sentenced Feb. 18, and will make an election and plea on that date for other charges, including possession of materials intended to be used to commit forgery, five uttering cnarges, and uttering a forged Contract to Saskatoon firm NORTH BATTLEFORD -A Saskatoon contractor has won a $257,700 contract for an addition to St. Vital School in Battleford.

Fred and Percival of the Graudora district and Waller and Geor3e, also of the Graudora district, and William, who lives at Christopher Lake; a sister. Mrs. U. (Pearli Burdess resides in Edmonton, Alberta. Miss Beal was predeceased by her father in 1940 and her mother in 195S and by a sister, i Gladys, in 1941.

A resident of Sask. all her life. Miss Beal was born at Graudora and had resided in the dis- trict all her life. She had worked for Dan Cameron ior the past 35 years. Interment will be made in the family i plot in the Woodlawn Cemelery.

Vancouver. B.C. lie was predeceased by a brother, Ford Beavis in November, 1904. Mr. Beavis was born in Marysville.

Kansas. Coming irom South Dakota, to settle at Hahley. Sask. in 1906 he later moved to farm at Wiseton, Sask. Mr.

Beavis resided in bolh Saskatoon and Wiseton from 1946 until retiring to make his permanent home hi Saskatoon in 1902. He was member of the independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge at Wiseton and was a member of Dinston Masonic Lodge No. ,131 A.F. di A.M. Dinsmore.

Sask. Mr. Beavis had taken an active part in sports and sports organizations over the years. He had been a member of the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club and the Saskatoon Club. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.

A resident of Saskaloon for the past 18 years. Mrs. Crabbe was bom al Halifax. Nova Scotia and came west to Sask. to Tate in 1914.

2-14-c EPP THE DEATH OF MR. JOHN Epp, age 76 years, of 222 Vancouver Ave. North, occurred ill a local hus-pital on Wednesday. February 12th, 1975. The funeral service will be held on Saturday.

Surviving are: his loving wife, Elizabeth; one daughter, Mrs. R. Latimer (Angelinei. New Norway, Alberta; one son. Arnold.

Regina. 15 giaudchildren; and one great-grandchild; one brother, Isaac, living in Russia. The lale Mr. Epp was born in the Ukraine and came to Canada in 1926. He home-steaded at Fuirholme, and farmed there until retiring in 1964.

He had lived in Saskaloon since 1964, Mr. Epp was an active member of the Evangelical Mennonite Church at Fuirholme and of the West-gate Alliance Church in Saskaloon. Memorial donations to the Saskatchewan Heart Foundation. 70s Canada Building would be appreciated by the family. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.

For the past eight years he had made his home in Saskatoon. Interment will take place in Woodlawn Catholic Cemetery. Saskatoon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 2-14-c McCALLION Bernard Joseph tcCall-i 6 2 years. Born in Wishaw.

Lanarkshire, Scotland, moved- to Canada in 1928. He worked at Swilt Canadian Pacsers ill Moose Jaw from 1 9 2 9 to 1942 when he joined the C.P.R. as a constable. In 1953 he was transferred to Saskaloon wnere he was employed until his dealh. In 1638 he married Irene King of Saskatoon.

He is survived by his wife; brothers William in Vacouver, B.C. and Rev F'r. Edward in Taconia. sister Gertrude and Mary of Port Glenone County, Antrim, Northern Ireland and Rev. Sister Margaret of Belleville, three sons, Frank, Edward and Bernard.

Mr. McCallion was predeceased by his parents, an infant daughter in 1939 and brothers Michael, Frank and James, interment will be in the family plot in Moose Jaw. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. 2-14-p PAQUIN THE DEATH OF MRS. Barbara Paquin.

both of Cudworth. Sask. she was predeceased by her daughter. Yvonne in 1973. The late Mrs.

Paquin was born at Hum-boldt, Sask. and at the age of six vears moved v.iih her parents to Cudworth. Sask. She attended school and lived at Cudworth until 1944. Mrs.

Panuin moved to Saskatoon in 1944 and had lived here since that time. She was an active member of St. Marv's Church and of Hie C.W.L. of St. Mary's Church for many years.

Interment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are in rare of Wastwood Funeral Chapel. 2-15-c POWER THE DEATH OF JOHN Power, age 73 years, of the Slier-brooke Community Centre. Saskatoon, occurred at his residence on February 12th. 1975.

The funeral service will be held on Friday February 141 at 1.30 p.m. from McKague's Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. John Duff. Surviving are: two daughters, Mrs. G.

K. i Eleanor i Booth, and Miss Betty Power, both of Saskatoon: one son, J. R. (Bob) Power, of Saskatoon: five grandchildren; and one brother, Walter Power, of Victoria, B.C. Mr.

Power was predeceased by his wife. Eleanor, on Dec. 2nd, 1972. Mr Power was born in Edinburgh. Scotland.

He came to Canada and to Saskatoon in 1010 and was em-ploved wilh the Great West Saddlery Company. In 1935 he was Iranslerrcd to the Peace River district and worked there with the company until returning lo Saskatoon in 1939 as manager of the Saskatoon office. In he was transferred lo the Edmonton office, and worked there as the manager until 1958 when he retired from the Great West Saddlery, and purchased a business in Milden. Sask. Mr Power operated the Power Grocery and Meat Store in Milden until retiring and moving into Saskatoon lo make his home in 1972.

He was a member of the Imperial Lodge No. 60 A.F. 4 A.M.. and a 32nd Degree Scottish Rile Mason. Saskatoon I odie of Perfection.

Interment will be made in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, finest narking directly south of Funeral Home. 3rd and 20th Street. 2-14-e SCHONHEITER THE DEATH OF Alexander Schonheiter age 59 years, of Macklin. He was preiecensed by his mother, in 1968 and by his father in 1971. Mr. Schonheiter was 'bom at Primate. Saskatchewan and fanned there until his retirement when he moved to make his home in Macklin. He was a member of the Macklin R'iyal Canadian I erinn.

Pallbearers were Jim Anderson, Carl Anderson, Kric Anderson, Allister Montgomery, Jack Thirkettle, and Len MacFarlnne. Honorary pallbearers were Les Phillips. J. D. MacFarlane, Martin Smet-ka.
