Born In Titanic on May 23, 1919, he served in the 2nd World War, married his wife, Therese (nee Verreault) In 1947. Together they farmed Ji the Titanic district until retiring to the town of Duck Lake In 1976. Mr. Flolieau served on the Municipal Council of Duck Lake for many years, as well as, a trustee of the-Tttanic Church. He was an avid sports fan and participated In sports, all his life.

Predeceased by his parents; Mr. Pierre and Mrs. Ellse (Mer-cereau) Flolieau, as well as 2 sisters; Mrs. Ellse Dellsle, and Mrs. Eugenie Bonthoux, surviving are his loving wife, Therese, 4 brothers; Arsen Rosanna) (Louisa) McLean, of Duck Lake, Clement (Fernande) Beaulleu of Surrey, B.C., and Eile Flolieau of North Battleford, 3 sisters; Marie (Mrs.

Arsen Mercereau) and Cle-mence (Mrs. Leonard Doucette) of Duck Lake, Phllonene (Mrs. Henri Leduc) of Carlton. As welt, as several nieces and nephews. Prayer services will be held In the 'Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, Duck Lake on Sunday, February 26th, 1978 at 8 00 p.m.

Born In Norway on the 28th of December 1892. the ninth "of 12 children of Maren Peterlnartnee Krlstiansen) and Hans Olsen taking surname of Braaten from name' of the farm teft Norway In March 1908 where two sisters and four brothers were living. She stayed In-Mack-vllle, North Dakota for about a year and then went to Stockholme, Saskatchewan till August and' then to her brother Chris at For two year's she worked In Saskatoon during the winters and for Chris during the summer.

Among the martyother farm tasks, she had the experience of driving a mixed team of Tidrses and oxen. She married Peter A. Moen on December 28, 19i2and bore 8 children at the homestead, Viscount. In 1957 she and her husband retired from the farm to live In Saskatoon. Predeceased by daughter Ethel In 1955 and husband Peter In 1971.

Survived by two daughters Mlna, Ethiopia, Hilda, India -and five sons Arnold, Viscount, Harald, Kanata, Ontario, Carl Belolt, Wisconsin, Ivar, Birch Hills, Effward, Saskatoon and Viscount and numerous The Funeral Service and Interment' on Monday Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Viscount conducted by Rev. Ken Herfindahl.

He was predeceased by hlswlfe Mabel In May 1977, a brother Benjamin Acres and a sister Jen Black. Mr. Acres was born In Campbell's Bay, Quebec. He came west to Big-gar, Sask. In 1911 and served with the Canadian National Railways as a locomotive engineer at Biggar, Hanna, Alta.

and Saskatoon until his retirement In 1956. Hehad resided In Saskatoon since 1931. Mr. Acres was a longtime member of the C.B.L.E. Cremation with Interment In the family plot In Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

He was born on the Moose Woods Reserve where he recleved all his schooling and farmed for a number of years. Living on the reserve, he worked at the Dundurn Military Camp for 17 years until his health forced him to retire. He was an annual participant In thn Pioneer Davs which later changed Its name to Saskatchlmo Exhibition. Interment will be at the Moose Woods Cemetery.
