Boruck, age 51, of 276 East 48th Vancouver, B.C.. occurred in a local hospital on April 3. Surviving are his son Reggie of Battle Lake, one daughter, Mrs, Butcher of Saskatoon; two brothers, John Boruck of MacDowail, and Peter of Mont Clemens, U.S. also eight grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife in 1029.

Mr. Boruck was born in New York City and came west to Saskatchewan and resided at Hafford. He said the association would like the reductions to apply on merchandise to be imported for a giant Italian exposition, planned for Montreal next year. It was hoped the reductions would be permanent, PORT ARTHUR (CP) James R. Clark, vice-president of the New York office of Dominion Securities Corporation, a Canadian firm, Wednesday urged Canadian municipalities not to go to the United States market board for bond issues unless the issue was too large to be placed in Canada.

Mr. Clark has been calling on provincial and municipal leaders on a cross-country tour of most Canadian provinces. In commenting on capital investment in Canada, he said that the investment has been carried on almost entirely by Canadian financing. Despite the fact there has been some $55,000,600,000 of capital investment in Canada since 1946, only 10 per cent of that money has come from the foreign markets, he said. Mr.

Clark said the Canadian bond market has shown a remarkable disinterest in serials and prefers sinking fund term bonds. Calgary, of the entire caDital stock of Pennant Drilling, in exchange for 850,000 shares of its own stock, has been approved, it was announced Wednesday night. The transaction will give Crescent Corporation (formerly Deep Rock Oil Corporation), Tulsa, the principal stockholder of Pennant Drilling, a substantial stock interest in Canadian Home stead, which has production from proven oil reserves in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Ltd. Wednesday announced plans for construction of a new "multi-million dollar" refinery at Port Moody, near here.
