Mrs. Sieve Remenda (Phyllis) of Bruno, also 18 grandchildren and one brother, Nick Marschuk of Bruno. Sask. Mrs. Hnatiw was predeceased bv her husband John on March 1st, 1962.

Bom in the Ukraine. Mrs. Hnatiw came to Canada 59 years ago to Rosthern. Sask. In 1926 she was married and settled in the Lanwici district where she farmed until 1963 when she moved to make her home In Saskatoon.

Mrs. Hnatiw was a member of the St. Georges Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. Interment will be made in the Lanwici Cemetery. Courtesy parking north of the chapel.

5-31-c KOLKE THE, PASSING OF MRS. Irene Koike of Melfort. occurred suddenly May 27. 1972. Born at Allan.

Sask. 1936. She is survived by her loving husband Dr. Richard H. Koike 2 sons, Richard aged 11 and David aged 8 and one daughter Carmen aged 3.

Adam iCaigary), Joe (Allan. Emil (Saskatoon) and 4 sisters. Helen (Calgary), Ann (Saskatoon), Frances (Pitt Meadows. B.C.) and Lena (Saskatoon). Mrs Koike was predeceased by her father in 1957.

Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Consolation Roman Catholic Church in Melfort. Prayers will be offered Tuesday May 30 at 8:00 p.m. in lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Heart Foundation. 5-31-c McFADYEN THF DEATH OF MRS.

Ethel Edith McFadyen. age 82 years, of Ste. 402. 23U McEown Avenue and formerly of Asquith, occurred in a local hospital on May 29th. 1972.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday. June 1st at 3.30 p.m. from the Chapel of Saskatoon Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Don Johns. Surviving are: a daughter, Mrs.

R. Johnston (Roxie) of Des Moines. iuu.3- iwn sons Clarence of Asquith and Eldon ot Des 111 Main- children and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband. John, in October 1968.

Mrs. McFadyen was born in Gilford. Surrey England and came to Asquith in 1910 where she had resided until 1969 when she came to make her home in Saskatoon. Mrs. McFadyen was a member of the United Church, the AsQuith U.C.W.

Niels Petersen of Sudbury and Arne Petersen of Prince Albert; 30 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren Mr. Petersen was born in Germany and came to Canada in 1926.
