The Foundation shall be composed of the members for the time being of the Advisory Board and the petitioners shall constitute the first Board.

The Board shall be appointed by those persons who may from Ume to time hold the following offices: 1. The Senior Judge of the Court of Queens Bench. 2. The Senior Judge of the District Court. I.

The President of the University of Saskatchewan. 4. The Mayor of the City of Saskatoon, all residing In Saskatoon. The Foundation Is empowered to receive donations of and hold, control and administer property of every kind and description, whether real or personal. The Board may, at the end of each fiscal year, use and distribute uch portion of the income of the Foundation for that year as the Board deems proper for.

(a) providing care for needy men. women and children and in particular for the sick, aged, destltiule and helpless: (b) the betterment of underprivileged or delinquent persons who are citizens of Saskatoon.
