Isaac, contained in a miniature chicken ranch. Since Mr. Picketts' return from overseas he has taken tip chicken farming. A miscellaneous gift shower was held in the basement of the Baptist Church in honor of Roberta Adair last week. The evening program included community singing, recitations, and contests.

Many gifts were received by the bride-elect. Members of the Asquith and J. Lorenze, M. Phrimmer, and of the local church. He is leaving to attend school in Kentucky.

After farewell addresses by Mr. Swanson of the Pentecostal Church, and W. J. Rice, Mr. and Mrs.

Campbell were presented with a gift of money. Asquith Booster Club entertained Mrs. Carl Mohr, recent bride, at the home of Mrs. Harold Picketts. The guest of honor was presented with a walnut magazine rack by Agatha Connolly.

Edith Gunnlayson was guest at a wiener roast held at Smither's Club by the Asquith Booster Club. Edith had been employed for some time by Ben Forsyths at the local telephone exchange.
