2, Company 319, at Kellettville, Forest county, has been elected to represent district No. 5 in the eliminations to determine the best camp in the third corps area. Camp No. 2 was selected on the basis of the work produced by the men in the field which included the quality and the quantity; the morale of the men in the camp; the condition of the camp site; the condition of the living quarters of the men; the appearance, which included cleanliness and the condition of their clothing and the management of the camp. The inspecting officer for the district was Lieutenant Colonel Price, of Pittsburgh.
