If not, police officers and county detectives are ready to collar anyone else who tries to -stick up a business. Charles Anthony Lehner, 33, of 244 Brown was arrested Tuesday night in connection with the armed robbery of Peter's Deli, Blackmari Street, after being spotted by a Wilkes-Barre police officer shortly after the robbery.

Lehner faces charges of robbery, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. Cyril Woodland, 42, of South Hancock Street, who was with Lehner at the time, was also arrested on outstanding warrants, although he has not been charged in connection with the deli holdup. It was the latest in a series of similar crimes, including robberies at San's Pizza, North Main Street, Feb. 14; Pal's Inn, Brown Street, Feb. 15; and McGeer's Tavern, Feb.
