226, Beechy, Sask. TENDER FOR MOVING BUILDINGS The City of North Battleford invites tenders for moving six buildings from Camp Wainwright, Alberta to North Battleford. The Buildings are 20 x84 and it is the desire of the City to dismantel a minimum portion of the buildings and move the balance intact. Tenders will be accepted for the dismantling of the portion not moved intact, the transporting of all buildings and the cleaning of the site to the complete acceptance of the authorities at Camp Wainwright. All buildings must be moved prior to June 15, 1967.

Successful bidder will be required to deposit a certified cheque in the amount of of the bid against satisfactory moving and clean-up of the site. Sealed tenders clearly marked, "Tender For Moving Buildings" to be in the hands of the undersigned not later than 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 3, 1967. Walter, Deputy Minister, Department of Municipal Affairs, Local Improvement Districts Branch, Administration Building, Regina, Sask. 3-27-c DEATHS 2 BARWELL THE PASSING OF Miss Fay Darlene Barwell, age 17 years of 727 4th Avenue, North, Saskatoon, occurred in a local hospital on Tuesday, March 21st 1967. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 25th at 3:30 p.m. from Third Avenue United Church, conducted by Rev. I.

MacRury, Surviving are: her mother and father: Mr. and Mrs. William Barwell of Saskatoon and one brother. Gordon of Regina, Sask. The late Miss Barwell was born in Saskatoon, had been a student at Wilson Public School and was attending City Park Collegiate at the time of her death.

She was well known in sports activities and was active in track and field. The family requests that donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 111 Metropolitan Saskatoon be made in lieu of flowers. Interment will take place in the family plot in Woodlawn Cemetery. Park Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. 3-25-c DILS THE PASSING OF MR.

Joseph Dils, age 71 years. of Dundurn, occurred in a Saskatoon hospital on Tuesday, March 21st, 1967. The funeral service will be held on Saturday. March 25th at 1.30 p.m. from the Dundurn United Church conducted by Rev.

Ross Stewart. Surviving are: two sisters, Mrs. Laura Gibson, living in Alberta and Marjorie, living in New Mexico; one brother, Howard, living in California, U.S.A.; three nieces and two nephews, The late Mr Dils was born in Hamburg, New York, U.S.A. and came to Canada 50 years ago to northern Alberta. A year later he came to Saskatchewan to the Dundurn district where he had resided until his death.

Mr. Dils was noted for his raising of cattle. He was a member of the Dundurn United Church. Interment will take place in the family plot in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Park Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. 3-25-c McNEILL THE PASSING OF DR.

W. Duncan McNeill, age 53 years, of 38 McDermid Crescent, Saskatoon, occurred in a local hospital on Tuesday, March 21st, 1967. The service will be held on Saturday. March 25th at 1.30 p.m. from St.

Martin's United Church, conducted by Rev. K. Wotherspoon. Surviving are: his wife Mary Ann, two children. Ann, aged 13, and Lynne, aged 11 and one brother, George T.

McNeill of Toronto. Ont. The late Dr McNeill was born at Kinistino. Sask. and took his public and high schooling at Kinistino and attended Normal School at Regina, Sask.

He taught school in several towns up to 1942 when he joined the Radar Division of the R.C.A.F. He returned from overseas in 1945, married Mary Ann Walker in 1946 and obtained his B. Ed. and M. Ed with distinction at the University of Saskatchewan in 1949, He received his Ph.

from the University of Illinois, receiving his degree in 1952 and was the Director of the Department of Special Education at 'the University of Houston, Texas, until the Fall of 1959. at which time he returned to become Associate Professor of the College of Education at the University of Saskatchewan. During the past eight years he served as a member of the John Dolan School Board, was Past President of the Council for Exceptional Children, and was to serve as the member of the Canadian Council of C.E.C. Interment will take place in the family plot in Woodlawn Cemetery. Park Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

3-25-c MILLS THE DEATH OF MRS. Queade Johnston Mills of Rockville Centre L. I. New York, oCcurred suddenly, March 13, 1967. Mrs.

Mills was born August 20, 1920 at Unity and lived at Cut Knife and Perdue. She attended school in Viscount, Perdue and City Park Collegiate. She graduated as a nurse at Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal and following her marriage to Ian Mills moved to New York where she lived until her death, She is survived by two daughters, Judy and Jeannie at at home, as well 85 her mother, Mrs. Ted Easterbrook of Radisson. Sask.

A sister, Helen, Mrs. David Major at Guelph Ontario. A brother Milton Bingham in RCAF at La Macaza, Quebec. She was predeceased by her husband in 1961. The funeral was held on Thursday, March 15 at Rockville Centre, N.
