The skirt of full folds extended back to a chapel train. Her elbow-length veil of tulle illusion was caught to a bonnet headdress of tulle and chiffon, trimmed with sequins and pearls. She carried a cascade of white roses and stephanotis. Following a reception at 323 Chapel Street, Kildare Officers' Quarters, where Mr. A.

R. Frie-son proposed the bridal toast, the couple left by air for Bermuda. On returning they will spend the summer in the Gatineau and will move to Ottawa in the fall. Parks, took place recently in All Saints Anglican Church, West-boro. Shasta chrysanthemums and peonies adorned the church for the afternoon ceremony performed by Rev. E. K. Clarke.

The organist was Mr. W. E. Gush. The bride, who is a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan, was given in marriage by her father, and attended by her sister, Mrs, William Carpenter, as matron of honor.

Other bridal attendants were Miss Hertha Tucker, sister of the bride, Mrs, George Tucker and Miss Edythe MacDonald. Mr, Hilton Mcintosh was best man and ushers were Mr. James Kinahan, Mr. D. Campbell Burns, Mr.

Maurice Gautreau, and Mr. 1 Cranbrook, were married recent ly in Cranbrook United Church. The bride wore a white lace ballerina length dress and model picture hat of silk organza. Her matron of honor, Mrs. Abbie Rand chose an aqua peau de soie dress with matching feather bandeau.

Mr. Hugo Hess was best man. The reception was heid on the grounds at the home of the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs Hume. The newlyweds will reside in Vancouver.

it it it BRAIDEK DRINKLE In a ceremony performed by Dr. L. W. Schnell in Westminster United Church, Mr. Dan Braidek of Speers took as his bride, Betty, daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. H. M. Drinkle of this city. The groom is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. George Braidek. The musical background was provided by the organist, Mr. Young, and Mrs. M.

Tollefson was vocalist Mr. Drinkle gave his daughter in marriage and for her wedding, she chose a slipper length gown, fashioned of white lace with scalloped neckline, lily sleeves and bouffant silk net skirt. Rainbow sequins ornamented her headdress which held a chapel length veil. She carried a white Bible with gardenia and stephanotis overlay. Attending the bride was her sister, Miss Julie, who wore a frock of pale blue net, and Miss Beverly Potter, wearing lilac net and lace.

They carried colonial bouquets of white daisies and gladioli. Mr. Jack Braidek was best man for his brother and ushers were Mr. Gerry Abbot and Mr. Ar-mand Altreux.

At the reception held in the church basement, Mrs. Mai Edwards and Mrs. Gerry Abbot looked after the guest register. A tangerine costume accented by white accessories was worn by the bride for going away. Mr.

Fr. J. R. Carney performed the ceremony which united in marriage Amy Helen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Joseph A. Kraft of Allan, and Mr. William Bart Murphy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Murphy of 2048 West Forty-first Avenue, Vancouver.

The bride was a former resident of Saskatoon. Master Michael Murphy was server during the mass. The bride chose for her wedding a self-designed waltz-length gown of ice blue silk chiffon poised over taffeta, with fitted bodice, lily sleeves and full bouffant skirt. She wore a matching hat and veil and carried a pearl prayer book with roses and lily of the valley. Mr.

Clara Rheinhart was matron of honor and little Marie Skuse was flower girl. They were dressed alike in pink embroidered nylon with full skirts and they wore matching gloves and hats. Their costumes were designed by the bride. The groom was attended by Mr. Herb Skuse while Messrs Tommy and Terry Murphy were ushers Following the service, a reception was held at Kerrydala Hall.

Toasts were proposed by Mr. Patrick Murphy, Jr. and Mr Herb Skuse. Rev. J.

P. Carney addressed the reception following the wedding luncheon. The bride and groom left by plane for southern California. Upon their return they will re side in Vancouver at 2676 West Thirty-seventh Avenue. it it it MIHALICZ BEATTIE The altar of Dinsmore United Church, Dinsmore, was banked with red and white peonies and fern for a recent double ring wedding ceremony.

Rev. Mr. Rainey officiated at the service which united in marriage Lois Anne, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Andrew Beattie of Dinsmore, and Mr. Eugene David Mihalicz of Regma, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Mihalicz of Regina. Mrs. Faye Beattie played wed' ding music and vocalist was Mrs Jessie Drysdale. A floor length gown of white lace and net over satin with sequin trim and lily sleeves was worn by the bride.

Her veil fell in folds in finger tip length from a matching headdress. She car ried a cascading bouquet of red roses and white carnations. Miss Mary Watson, maid of honor, and Miss Shauna Goodman, bridesmaid, wore matching ballerina length gowns of blue lace with white picture hats and accessories. Their nosegays were of red rosebuds and white carnations. The groom's brother, Rudy, was best man and ushers were brothers of the groom and bride, Mr.

Chester Mihalicz and Mr. Brian Beattie. The reception in the basement of the church was attended by more than 80 guests. Thp head Hague, was given in marriage by her father to Mr. Charles Edwin Linfoot.

The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Hart Cantelon. The bride entered the church to the strains of the wedding march. She wore a floor length gown of white Chantilly over net. The lace bodice was trim med with iridescent sequins completed by a fine lace collar and her chapel veil of illusion, scat tered with lace roses, fell from a tiara of iridescent sequins and tiny seed pearls.

She carried red roses. Maid of honor and bridesmaid were the bride's two sisters. Miss Elsie wore a floor length gown of aqua net and lace with match ing headpiece and her flowers were pink roses. Miss Ruth wore island coral net and lace with matching accessories, complem ented by a bouquet of yellow roses. Miss Helen Rempel, as flower girl, was dressed in white nylon over yellow.

The bride's table was cen tred with a tiered cake with can dles and vases of flowers completing the setting. Mr. John Linfoot proposed a toast to the bride. Later a wedding dance was held in the evening, For going away, the bride wore a soft beige wool suit, with nile green accessories. After their honeymoon in Banff, Mr.

and Mrs. Linfoot will make their home at 1626 Cairns Avenue, Saskatoon. H. R. CAMPBELL bridesmaid and the flower girl was little Miss Leia Mylrea.

The bridesmaids wore floor length gowns of rose Swiss poplin with pink trim and matching picture hats and junior attendants were frocked in white organza with rose Swiss poplin trim and bon nets. Mr. Miles Hazen was grooms' man and ushers were Messrs Derry Williams, Dan McCall and the bride brother, Bill Leader. Guest pews were marked with tiny nosegays of sweet peas. The reception was held in the ballroom of Healy Hotel, where smilax garlands graced the bride's table which was draped in white damask and centred with a tiered cake encircled by tulle and pink rosebuds.

Chrysanthemums and daisies in a silver bowl and pink tapers in candelabra com pleted the setting. Mr. S. J. Leader proposed the toast to his niece.

For travelling to Glacier Park, the bride chose a mambo beige ensemble of sheath dress and chemise duster coat with cream accessories. Mr. and Mrs. Campbell are making their home in Saskatoon at 1409 Main Street. H.

ROBERTSON Mr. Lynn Wilkinson was best man and ushering at the ceremony was Mr. Cam Osier. Dr. Wilkinson officiated at the marriage service for his daughter and Mrs.

MacLeod played wedding music. During the service, the bride's sister, Mrs. Cam Osier was vocalist and Miss Leone Hannah sang during the signing of the register. The reception was held at Jay Dees, attended by 30 guests. Toast to the bride was roposed by Mr, Huntley MacLean.

J. Bell performed the afternoon ceremony and wedding music was provided by Mrs. A. P. McKenzie with Miss Hilda Berg, as vocalist.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of imported with iridescent sequins and pearls. The bouffant skirt of lace was poised over nylon tulle and bridal satin and extended to a chapel length train. A Queen Anne collar was featured on the lace bodice which buttoned down the back. Her jewelled veil of French illusion misted from a crown of pearls and she carried a cascade bouquet of American Beauty roses and stephanotis. Miss Jill Buttery attended the bride as maid of honor and Miss Shirley Wiess was bridesmaid.

Miss Beth Ironside was junior MR. AND MRS. J. Ferns and white gladioli dec orated the chapel at St. Andrew's College for the marriage of Helen Margaret, daughter of Rev.

Mr. Wilkinson and Mrs. Wilkinson of this city, and Mr. James Harold Robertson, son of Mr. and Mrs.

E. A. Robertson of Fanny Bay, Vancouver Island. Entering the church with Mr. C.

Beazley, the bride wore a waltz-length gown of sheer with a feathered headpiece. She carried a cascade of olue and white baby 'mums and stephanotis. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a slipper length gown of net and lace over satin, with finger tip veil held in place by a white tiara. She carried a bouquet of coral roses. Her three bridesmaids were the Misses Jean Antonishyn, Rose Stadnyk and Lilian Wenklund. They were similarly dressed in pink afternoon frocks with matching headdresses and bouquets.

Sylvia Bashutski was flower girl, dressed in blue, and she carried a nosegay. The groom was attended by Messrs Gordon Sukut, Peter Popyuk and Leonard Mpyre. Dale Moleski was ring bearer. Organist was Miss Ethel North and Mrs. E.

Goddard was soloist. After a honeymoon spent at Banff, the young couple will reside on their farm at Bankend. it 1t it BUCZULAK KAWFORD At the Greek Catholic church in Ituna, Marline June, daughter of Mrs. Kawfold and the late P. Kawfold of Kelliher was united in marriage with W.

Buczulak of Ituna, Rev. Father Sarateau officiating. The bride wore a floor length gown of white net over satin with finger tip veil falling from a white tiara and carried white roses. Miss Tilly Derkatch was bridesmaid and the brides' twin sister, Darline. (Mrs.

T. Toko-masti) was matron of honor. Both wore dresses of shrimp pink nylon with matching head dresses and nose gays. The groom was attended by his brother, Joe, and Mr. R.

Tymiak. Following the church ceremony a reception was held in Batts Hall and a wedding dance in the evening. The happy couple will reside at Ituna. it it it WED AT CITADEL Capt. R.

Dunn, when Lorraine Elizabeth, daughter of Mr, and Mrs. Charles Sansom of in Willow Street, became the bride of Mr. Neville George Stamper, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Stamper of 133 Ave nue north.

The bride entered the church with her father. She wore a floor length gown of lace and net over nylon and her altar veil was held by a pearl crown. She car ried a white satin prayer book with red roses and streamers of white with lily of the valley. Bridal attendants were Miss Darlene Sansom, sister of the bride, and Miss Judy Ropper, wearing blue net ballerina gowns and carrying pink carnations. The flower girl was Debby Miva, dressed in a pink frock.

Groom's attendants were his brother, Douglas, and Mr. Melvin Reechen. Ushers were Mr. Duane Flackhart and Mr. M.

Herriges of Humboldt conducted the marriage service in Sacred Heart Church, Watson, when Margaret Elizabeth, dauglv ter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Mathieson of Watson, became the bride of Mr. John Murray Ronvel, son of Mr.

and Mrs. A. Ronvel of Englefeld. Mr. Mathieson gave his daugh ter in marriage and for her wed' ding, she chose a floor length gown of white net and lace over traditional satin.

It featured a bodice of French rosepoint lace with sequin trim at the sabrina neckline and lily sleeves. The bouffant hooped skirt of net flared from a hipline inset of matching lace. Her fingertip veil was of embroidered illusion, misting from a tiara of tulle trimmed with sequins. She carried a white prayer book adorned with red roses and trailing rosebud streamers. Bridesmaids were Miss Patricia Mathieson, sister of the bride, and Miss Janet Ronvel, sister of the groom.

They wore similar gowns of aqua, white accessories and feather headdresses. Their frocks were complemented by pink wrist corsages. The groom was attended by his brother, Arthur, and Mr. Arnold Boyko. Ushers were Mr.

Archie Nordick and Mr. Danny Steiner. Following the ceremony, a wed ding breakfast for the immediate family was held at the home of the bride's parents. A tiered wedding cake encircled by tulle centred the bride's table at the reception in the parish hall. White tapers completed the setting.

Mr. Danny Steiner acted as master of ceremonies and Miss Shirley Strelic was in charge of the guest register. For travelling the bride donned a black and white tailored suit with white accessories and corsage of pink loses. The couple will make their home on the groom's farm at Englefeld. D. LUCAS Attending the bride were Mrs. Earl Line, as matron of honor, and Miss Madeleine Frat-tinger, as bridesmaid. They appeared in similar gowns of blue flowered organza over nylon net with cummerbund waistlines and each wore a lattice bandeau in her rose-trimmed headdress and carried a colonial bouquet of pink and white feathered carnations. Best man was Mr.

Ron Hol-gate and groomsman was Mr. Bill Lashuk. Ushering the guests to their places were Mr. Bill Pel- ham ana Mr. Ray Edler.

Following the marriage service, a wedding reception was held in the terrace lounge of The Bess borough. Mr. S. Jansen proposed the bridal toast. Mr.

and Mrs. Lucas left on a honeymoon trip to Yellowstone National Park and points in me southwestern States. The bride travelled in an ensemble of apple green embossed crystalette in a cummerbund dress, with matching duster and white accessories. Her corsage was a shoulder knot of coral pink Sweetheart roses. The couple will make their home in Calgary.

KRAWCHUK and lace with matching headdress and bridesmaids were Miss Loverine Odnokon and Miss Ther-isa Miller, wearing blue and coral respectively with matching headpieces and each carried a bouquet of Sweetheart roses. The bridegroom was attended by Messrs. Jimmy Saretzky, God-fry Maskal and Garry Gagan, while ushers were Mr. Rene Schott and Mr. Pete Krawchuk.

The reception was held in the Avenue Hall where Mr. Neil Fehr proposed the toast to the bride. For the trip to Banff and Jasper, the bride wore a blue princess styled dress with white accessories. The couple will reside here. ANDREGO They carried baskets of daisies and wore similar waltz-length frocks of crystal charm in shades of green, pink and gold.

Groomsmen were Mr. Don Mc-Grath, Mr. Bill Loran and Mr. Louis La Point while ushers included Messrs Robert Scott, Mac Scott, Abe Fior and Toni Fabbro. The wedding breakfast was held in Golf's Zebra Room and an afternoon reception took place at the bride's home.

The bridal table was centred with a wedding cake fashioned in tiers and set amidst pink tulle. Looking after the guest book were Miss Heather Kettles and Miss Gertie Sorokowskv. MR. AND MRS. Yellow gladioli, White chrysanthemums and pale pink carnations were arranged in baskets to form the attractive setting in St. Thomas -Wesley United Church for a recent afternoon wedding. Rev.

J. Bruce Underhill performed the double ring ceremony which united in marriage Audrey Elvira, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Miller of Swift Current, and Mr. Noble Dale Lucas, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Oramel Noble Lucas of Lethbridge. The bride is a former resident of this city. Miss Margaret Semple provided the musical background on the organ and Mrs. T.

S. Tollefson was vocalist. Mr. Miller escorted his daughter into the church and gave her in marriage. For her wedding she chose a floor length model gown of Chantilly with bouffant skirt of lace and net and matching bolero with lily sleeves topping the bodice.

She wore a full length illusion veil which was trimmed with double rows of French lace, and which fell from a headdress with rhinestone and seed pearl trim. Her flowers were red Sweetheart roses and stephanotis in cascade. MR. AND MRS. Rev.

Fr. Pankhurst officiated at a double ring wedding ceremony when Berneice Marie, daughter of Mr, and Mrs. J. Saretzky of Saskatoon, became the bride of Mr. George Kraw-chuk, son of Mr.

and Mrs. N. Krawchuk, of this city. The ceremony was performed in St. Mary's Church and Mr.

Joe Socie was soloist. Given in marriage by' her father, the bride appeared in a long gown of net over satin with lace trim. Her lace bordered veil fell from a matching headdress of chiffon with pearl and sequin trim. She carried a bouquet of red roses. Miss Loretta Twordik was her maid of honor, wearing yellow net MR.

AND MRS. In a double ring ceremony in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Rev. FY. Redmond united in marriage Joan Deniece, daughter of Mr.

Dunning A. Scott, and Mr. Louis George Andrego of Saskatoon, son of Mrs. Catherina Andrego. The bride is a graduate of St.

Paul's School of Nursing. Wedding music was provided by Miss Jean McKerrow and vocalist. Miss Jeannette Pelliz-zari. The bride wore a princess styled wedding gown, featuring a v-neckline and lily sleeves. It was fashioned of crystal charm.
