Phone 1024-J HINK MEETING OF MISSION STUDY UNIT Splendid refx)rts have been received concerning the very successful opening meeting held by the Interdenominational Mission Study Group last P'riday afternoon in the First Evangelical church. Mrs. W. L. Arnold, of North Warren, wa.s the chairman in charge of the program.

Devotions were conducted by Mrs. Arthur M. Splller, of the First Baptist church. The speaker for the day was Mrs Norman Beals of Franklin, who appeared in native costume and gave a fine talk on the life of the Portuguese peoples. Native bom herself, Mrs.
