The bnde, given in marriage by her father, -wore a strapless gown of nylon net over taffeta with lace bolero and her three-quarter length veil fell from a coronet of rhinestones. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white gladioli. Bndal attendants weretne bride's sister, Mrs. Audrey McLeod of Victoria, B.C., and little Miss Sandra Peters of Saskatoon, niece of the bridegroom, who was flower girl. Mrs, McLeod was attired a blue nylon lace gown with chapel veil to mhteh and carried a colonial bouquet of blue and pink carnations.

The little flower girl wore yellow organdie with poke bonnet to match and earned a colonial bouquet of Esther Reed daisies. The groom was supported by Mr. Leo Ewasew of Regina and the ushers w-ere Mr. Ken Peters, brother-in-law of the groom of Saskatoon and Mr. Clyde Cunnings of Regina.

Mrs. A. I. Avery of Asquith presided at the organ and accompanied the Rev. Stewart Dingwall of Saskatoon, who sang.

After the ceremony, a reception followed at the home of the bridegrooms parents where the brides table was centered with a threetiered wedding cake embedded in tulle and flanked by pink tapers. The bndal couple, with the brides father and the bridegrooms parents welcomed the guests, Airs. Johnston appeanng a blue crepe diess with matching bolero, with white accessories and corsage of pink roses. Mr. and Mrs, Johnston are leaving for Vancouver in the near fa ture, where the groom will continue his medical studies at the University of British Columbia.

For travelling the bnde wore a grey suit with white accessones and a corsage of red roses. FIDELAK MESSENGER WADENA. AUe, older daughter of Mr. James Messenger of Wadena, and the late Mrs. Edith Messenger, became the bride of Walter Frederick Fldclak, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Walter Fidelak' of, Kuroki, in a ceremony performed by the Rev. M. Johns rude in the United Church. Mrs, Stanley Bellman of played the wedding music and was accompanist for Mr.

Stanley Bolijnan, usher. The young couple will make their home on the groom's farm about two miles from Kuroki. St. Thomas Wesley United Church was a scene of a wedding of interest when Beatrice Margaret, daughter of Mrs, Margaret Homyak, Saskatoon, became the bnde of Marvm Edrnison, son of Mr and Mrs. Edrnison of Battle-fi rd.

The Rev. H. D. Joyce performed the cere-oony. Given in marriage by her uncle, Mr.

John Dmonyi, the bride appeared in a gown of white net, and French lace over satin, topped ith a jacket of lace. Her fingertip veil was held in place by a bandeau of net adorned by rhinestones and she carried a bouquet of red and white roses. Mrs. J. Crawford Was her sisters matron of honor, and wore a gown of pink nylon tulle over satin and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.

Gene Caron and Robert Marchant of Saskatoon. The reception was held in the Calgary Club Hall. Later the bnde changed to a going away costume in black wool, box style suit, with white accessories, and a corsage of white roses. After a trip to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, the couple will reside in Calgary. Next day class, July 8, Next evening class, July 8.

W. Smith will reside at 308 Walmer Road. GALLENCER-NELSON WADENA. The marriage of Dora Irene Nelson, formerly of Wadena, and Albert Gallenger of Regina, took place in St. Ann's rectory at Hamilton, Ontario.

Dora is the daughter of Mr. Eric Nelson and the late Mrs. Nelson of Wadena, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.

Gallenger of Regina. The bride wore a gown of nylon tulle over satin; her jewelled crown held a finger-tip veil and she carried red roses and white stephanotis. The matron of honor was Mrs. Mary Marranco, and the best man was Mr. Bert Barlow, uncle of the groom, of Riverside, Ont.

For a wedding trip to Niagara Falls Mrs. Gallenger chose a suit in mauve shade with navy acces sones, and corsage of pink and white carnations. Zion Lutheran Church was the scene of a pretty wedding, performed by the Rev. J. T.

Dahle, uniting in marriage Jean Ella Len-ora Jacobson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Jacobson of Outlook and William Walter Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Smith of Saskatoon, formerly of Macrorie.

The bride entered the church on the arm of her father to bridal music played by Mrs. Mars A. Dale. The bride wore a strapless bouffant gown of double nylon tulle net over satm, over which was a three-tiered redingote of Chantilly lace. Her floor length veil of nylon tulle fell from a Queen Anne headdress.

She earned a bouquet of red roses. Mrs. J. Gilchrist, aunt of the bnde, was matron of honor, ap-peanng in a gown of mmjve brocaded nylon over taffeta and carried a white Bible with yellow carnations. The bridesmaids were Miss Arlene Hauberg, who chose a pale yellow net over taffeta gown, and Mrs.

Georgina Skaahd who wore a pastel blue gown of nylon net over taffeta. Both carried white Bibles with tinted carnations. The flower girl was Twylla Moore, cousin of the bride, dressed pale green net over taffeta, carrying a basket of assorted flowers. Ian MacNetll, cousin of the groom, acted as nog bearer, Mr. Juhl brother of the bride, was best man while ushers were Mr.

Omar Jacobson and Mr. Hartwell Anholt, Mrs. O. Jacobson, mother of the bride, chose a blue brocaded nylon dress with white accessories and wore a corsage of pink roses. A floral orlon nylon dress with white accessones and a corsage of pink roses was worn by Mrs.

Edmisoa Miss Lenore Edrnison, a sister of the groom. She wore a gown of blue net and lace over satm with a lace jacket. The flower girl was Marlene Ed. mison who wore a gown of yellow organdie. The groom was attended by his brother, Mr.

Bruce Edrnison, while ushers were Joe Zakreski and Ray Bloom. The reception was held at the Trinity Hall where a buffet lunch was served. A three-tiered wedding cake centered the brides table as did pmk candles and bouquets of pink and white roses. A toast to the bnde and groom as proposed by Mr. Joe Zakreski.

After their honeymoon Mr. and Mrs. Edrnison will Uve at 932 Seventh Avenue la Saskatoon. SPRING AND SUMMER A double-ring ceremony was performed, by Rev. Father McClelland in the Sacted Heart Church at Calgary uniting in marriage, Margaret Stephania, the daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. H. McDonald, and Gerald Hugh Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.

B. Taylor of Saskatoon. The bride entered the church on the arm of her father, wearing a floor length gown of white satm, and a redingote of Chantilly lace, with a full skirt of nylon net. Her finger-tip veil was held in place by a coronet of white velvet and lace. She crrried a bouquet of calla lilies, She was attended by three bridesmaids.

Her maid of honor was Miss Shirley Brunner, who wore a soft yellow nylon net over taffeta. Her bridesmaids, Miss Sally Somers, and Miss Shirley Cassidy, wore identically styled gowns, In ice blue, and pale pink nylon net over taffeta, small coronets of net and flowers, blended GREENFIELD BEAMISH St. Johns Church, Lloydmin-ster was the scene of a wedding when Nita Marguerite Beamish became the bride of Mr. Benjamin Alfred Greenfield. The Rev.

W. H. Peckovcr officiated at the double-nng ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Beamish of Marshall, and the son of Mr.

and Mrs. G. Greenfield of Edmonton. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of ivory satm. Her chapel-length veil of illusion net misted softly from an Elizabethan coronet of lace and she carried a bridal bouquet of Talisman roses with trailing stephanotis.

The maid of honor. Miss Norma Beamish, was attired in a gown of deep turquoise net over taffeta while Miss Jessie Greenfield wore a similar gown of coral net over taffeta. Both coronets and bou quets were of yellow marguerites. The best man was Mr. Donald Jantzie and ushers were Mr.

Eric Beamish and Mr. Owen Greenfield. Following the ceremony, a reception for 150 guests was held in St. Johns Churcn hall. For a honeymoon at Waskesiu and in the United States, the bride 'donned a wool ensemble of azure blue with beige accessones and a corsage of Talisman roses.

On their return, Mr. and Mrs. Greenfield will reside in Vulcan, POPPEL LOUTTIT FOAM LAKE. The marriage of Norma Doreen, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Norman Louttit of Foam Lake to Bernard John Pop-pel, eldest son of Martin Poppcl of Filger, and the late Mrs. Poppel, was held in the Foam Lake Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Macohy officiating. The bnde wore a wedding gown of white nylon tulle and embroid ered nylon featuring a bouffant skirt. Her cascade bouquet was of red roses. Her attendants were her three sisters, who wore identical dresses of nylon tulle, Gernith, her maid of honor, chose a pmk frock, while her twin sisters, Irma and Audrey chose frocks In blue.

Their bouquets were of carnations. The groom was attended by his brother Edward Poppel of Pilger, and the ushers were John Lang A. vwjawk- a Mr. and Mrs, R. K.

H. McIntosh, became the bride of William John, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Smith, both of Saskatoon.

The Rev. H. Joyce officiated. Entering on the arm of her father, the bnde appeared in a traditional floor-length gown of white Alencon lace over net and satin. The Queen Anne collar was accented by a crystal necklet, a gift of the groom.

Her three-quarter i 1 ngth veil was held in place by a tierra of white flowers and she carried a semi-crescent bouquet of pmk delight roses and satin sir- amers. Miss Cecil Pidlubney was the bnde's only attendent. She wore a mauve gown of French brocade satm and contrasting headdress and earned a semi-crescent bouquet of gold mums and bronze carnations. The groom was attended bv his brother, Robert Smith and ushers were Messrs. Keith Dalilen and Vernon Cherry.

A reception followed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Smith where the parents of the bnde and groom received the guests. The bnde's mother wore a dress of navy linen and Mrs. Smith chose a printed nylon dress.

Barry. Kenneth Murdoff and Gilbert Grabatin of Saskatoon were ushers. After trie ceremony the whole wedding I party re-asscmbled at the Legion Hall for refreshments. Mr. Mvers gave the toast to the bride, The happy couple will reside Sutherland.
