He served with both 1st and 2nd Battalions of his regiment in the Second World War landing in Normardv on Day and was commanding the regiment when wounded near Niimeqen in Holland in 1545 and invalided home. A military service will be held in Christ Church Cathedral at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 3rd, with the Rt. Rev. R.
