State of Shock, Serena Ryder and Elise Estrada are among those artists up for 2008 Cana- -dian Radio Music Awards. Presented by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, the awards will be presented on March 7 in Toronto. CRMA nominees include artists who hit the Canadian charts for the first time in 2007 and achieved top airplay. The winners are chosen by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters.

Other nominees include 111 Scarlet and Tokyo Police Club in the rock category, and Rock Star 1NXS contestant Suzy McNeil and Canadian Idol Brian Melo in the hot adult-contemporary category. Alanis Morissette will also be given a lifetime-achievement award to mark her entrance into the Canadian Music Industry I Iall of Fame. A Fans' Choice Award will also be presented, which can be voted on at the Canadian Music Week website (cmw.net).
