He is lovingly remembered and will be greatly missed by his wife of 42 years, Tilly; his daughters, Sharon (Tim Koch), Laurie (Doug Lynes), Jayne (Louis Bergerman), Yvonne (Todd Haverstock) and his sister Hilda McGeachy. Especially dear to Papa Vic were Jennifer, Philip, Kurtis, Tyler, Jessie, Alexander, Tom and Holly. Ray is survived by Doreen, his loving wife of 55 years. He leaves also his children, Keith (Delia), David (Mary) and Bill; his grandchildren, Cypress, Sylbeth, Leslie, Carrie, Stacey, Mark, Michelle and Christopher; his great granddaughter, Kaitlyn, his brother, sisters, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Predeceased by her husband, Jack; she will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Lynne (Sig) Schingnitz, Sharon (George Kincaid) Radcliffe and son, Michael (Dianne) Radcliffe; grandchildren, Erika (Roy) MacTavish, Peter (Shauna Oswald) and Michael (Danielle Burrows) Schingnitz; in-laws, David and Jennie Radcliffe; nieces and nephews, Bev, Gordie, Jane, Peter and Timothy. Mom was born in Vanscoy, Saskatchewan in 1915 on a prairie homestead. She met dad at UBC's VOC the rest is history.

Her life long devotion was us, her kids and she made it her job to teach us a love of the outdoors and the world around us, and to love, work and play. The Girl Guides and then the West Vancouver School Board consumed her off-duty hours. A feisty woman who loved a "good discussion," a caring woman who touched many people. No service by request. Born in Vernon, B.C., April 19, 1912, Dot was the last surviving sibling of the Edwards clan. She graduated as an RN from Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, married Cy on November 12, 1940 and immediately left on the last boat of the season for Mayo YT. Mom waited in Nelson while Dad was overseas during the war and they made many lifelong friends in Vancouver, Creston, Osoyoos, Barrie and Toronto. Dorothy will be missed and lovingly remembered by her children Barbara (John Tilley) and Marilyn (Ken Easby) and grandchildren Sherrill, Karen, Nicole and Jefferson, as well as her many friends and bridge buddies. Our heartfelt thanks go to JoAnn and the staff at Courtyard Gardens, Richmond General Hospital 6th floor, and the staff at the WV Care Centre for their care and compassion over the last few weeks.

He is survived and will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 60 years Edna; eight sons, Roland (Evy), Rene (Darlene), Victor (Sheila), Leo (Liz), Claude (Lesley), Joseph (Grazyna) and Norman; five daughters Jeanette (George) Couture, Doris (Joe) Rougeau Kembel, Lorraine (Dave) Ritch, Rosalie (Ed) Janowicz, Louise (Richard) Roueau Gibbs; will also be missed by his 21 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; two sisters Maria Frechette and Cecile Brisson; brother-in-law Robert Menard.

Noel was predeceased by his infant daughter Marie and son Phil (26 years old). Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2001 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 750 Rutland Road, N. Kelowna.
