Kapp, executive director of the PIDA, related in the announcement that the total Citterio expansion project cost will approximate $700,000. It is anticipated 34 new jobs will be created over the three-year span, with an annual payroll of $442,000. Announcement of the loan also came simaltaneously from the office of Senator Martin L.
