Cleveland's WASHINGTON (AP) The financial markets trembled when New York approached default, but Cleveland actually hit bottom during the weekend and there was nary a murmur. "Nobody seems to know that Cleveland exists," said Peter Goldsmith of Merrill Lynch, the big brokerage house. "Nobody cares, nor does anybody seem to under- Deaths stand what's going on there."
