$52.00 a year. Air Canada may match Laker fares MONTREAL (CP) Air Canada is reported considering slashing the price of a Montreal-London round-trip flight to the $250 level. A Montreal newspaper quotes a senior airline official saying the company is "seriously considering the implications of fare cutting to the U.S." but gave no details. Laker's round-trip ticket would cost $236 and is expected to come into effect in September. Pan American World Airways has come up with a plan to match the Laker fare.
