Devoted great-grandfather of Elizabeth Kenny. Caring brother of John Aman, Marilyn Little and the late William Aman. Born and raised in Congress Lake, OH, Bob graduated from Mt.

Union University in Alliance, OH. He served as an Officer in the US Air Force and Air Force Reserve and continued his education at Baylor University in Texas and University of Michigan. Bob worked in automobile manufacturing for both Chrysler Corp. and Ford for many years. He was then an instructor, auctioneer and real estate broker, owning two firms in Ridgewood, D.R.I.

Church in Ho-Ho-Kus, Bob passionately taught real estate and truly enjoyed spending time with his family. Ringwood Paterson Penfield, NY Saddle Brook Lodi Heights. West Orange DEUTSCH Judith age 78, of Paramus, NJ, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. The daughter of the late Leo and Roslyn Nyman, Judy was born in Rome, NY and raised in Hempstead, NY. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in English at Wellesley College, a Master's Degree in Education from Yeshiva University, and taught English in Malverne before later becoming an interior designer. Judy was a past president and dedicated lifetime member of the Paramus-Bat Sheva Chapter of Hadassah.

She was also the past local co-chair of Israeli Bonds, an active volunteer in the Paramus Public Schools and member of Temple Avodat Shalom in River Edge for more than 45 years. A trained classical pianist and cellist, Judy was a lifelong lover and supporter of the fine arts. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Harvey, and is survived by her three children: Deborah, Michael (Virve) and Edward (Jess); and five loving grandchildren: Alex, Maddie, Annika, Brynne and Henry. Services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11 AM at Temple Avodat Shalom, 385 Howland Avenue, River Edge, NJ, with burial to follow at Beth El Cemetery, Washington Township, NJ. Memorial donations can be made to Temple Avodat Shalom or the Double Hit Lymphoma Foundation.

EAGAN John "Jack" age 91, a forty year resident of the Lake Iosco section of Haskell, passed Tuesday, August 11, 2015. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Haworth. Jack graduated from Dumont High School with the Class of 1942 and was a US Navy Veteran of WWII.

After his service he attended Columbia College in NYC where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with the Class of 1948. He worked as an Industrial Engineer for the United Parcel Service in NYC and Greenwich, CT for forty years before retiring in 1989. Jack is survived by his two children Chris Eagan and his wife Violet, and Ria Eagan and her wife Pam; two granddaughters Kelsy Eagan and her husband Ren Richmond, and Kristy Eagan, one great-grandson Henry John "Jack" Richmond; and one sister Eileen Mack and the late Audrey Yatchisin. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 3-7 PM at the Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home, 567 Ratzer Road, Wayne. A 10 AM Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 14, 2014 at the funeral home.

FERGUSON Virginia Lee, (nee Doig), 86, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Oradell, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, August 10, 2015. Born in Hoboken, NJ, on June 22, 1929, daughter of the late William Blair Doig Jr Dorothy Mable Close and sister of Helen D.

Schmid. Virginia attended Teaneck High School. She met and married her beloved husband and best friend Robert in 1954 and went on to start their family in Oradell, NJ before moving to Wilmington, NC in 1994.Ginny worked for the Chief Legal Counsel for RCA in NYC for many years before becoming the Chief Financial Officer for the Borough of Oradell until her retirement in 1994. Ginny was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who is survived by her three children, Robert Bruce Ferguson, Jr. (Jeannine) of Sloatsburg, NY, Barbara Milone (Keith) of South Salem, NY, and Patricia Levine (David) of Waldwick, NJ; and seven grandchildren, Robert Bruce Ferguson, III, Gregory Ferguson, Molly Ferguson, Elizabeth Levine, Meredith Levine, Morgan Milone, and Travis Milone.

She valued the love, friendship, closeness and joy that family and friends brought to her life. IMMa7il i CROTTY Kathleen, of Ewing Township, who was the first female staff director in the New Jersey legislature and who was widely recognized for her integrity and her efforts to advance women's leadership roles in government and politics, died Friday, August 7th in the company of family and close friends. Ms. Crotty was named Executive Director of the Senate Democratic Office in 1986 by Senate President John F. Russo and was reappointed by Senate Presidents John A. Lynch and Richard J.

Codey to the top leadership post which she held until her retirement in 2009 after 43 years of state government service. After working for eight years at the Department of Labor, Ms. Crotty joined the staff of Senate President Frank "Pat" Dodd in 1974 and she never looked back. She also worked for Senate Presidents Matthew Feldman and Carmen A. Orechio.

Throughout her Senate career, Ms. Crotty was at the table for virtually every policy and reform development affecting New Jersey residents from education, land use and the environment, human rights, to the proper role of professional staff in the governmental process. Though fiercely loyal to her Democratic Leaders, Ms. Crotty involved herself in a wide range of bipartisan projects and had a particular devotion to the restoration of the State House, its historic legislative chambers and its surrounding landscape. Kathy had a deep love for the City of Trenton and high hopes for its redevelopment.

In the last year, despite illness, she spearheaded an internet petition which helped secure funding for a series of free, corporate-sponsored summer concerts in the park behind the State House. She was the Chair of the State Capitol Joint Management Commission; a founding member of List, the political committee that backs Democratic women candidates for the Legislature; a board member for the Wynona Lipman Chair on Women's Political Leadership at The Center for American Women in Politics (CAWP) at Rutgers University; an Eagleton Institute Visiting Associate; and a recipient of the Barbara Boggs Sigmund Award from the Women's Political Caucus. She was a district delegate to the 1996 Democratic National Convention and was a member of the State Board of Canvassers. Born in Jersey City in 1945, Kathy grew up in East Orange and was a graduate of East Orange Catholic High School and Rutgers University Newark, College of Arts and Sciences. She was a longtime resident of Ewing Township.

Devoted to and beloved by her family Kathy is survived by five sisters: Eileene Hutchinson (James), Margaret Fehon (Edward), Maureen Sweeney (John E), Sheila Crotty, and Patricia Kennedy (Kevin); fifteen nieces and nephews: Jessica Loos, Rebecca Santana, James Fehon, Melissa Verardi, Alexis Fehon, J. Sam Sweeney, Geoff Sweeney, Ben Sweeney, Megan Williams, Jordan Crotty, James Crotty, John David Scott, Michael Hutchinson, Shannon Kennedy Powell and Tara Kennedy as well as fifteen great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Joseph and James as well as her nephew Brian Loos. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Friday, Aug. 14, at the East Gallery of the Visitors Center of the Grounds for Sculpture, 80 Sculptors Way, Hamilton Township.

Those attending are asked to arrive by 10:30 AM. Born January 30, 1937 in Winchendon, MA, he was graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1959 and worked for Union Carbide and its subsequent divisions for many years.

After retirement, he became a kitchen designer for Home Depot. He was a member of St. Catherine's Church, Cupsaw Lake Improvement Association (CLIA), and the CLIA Men's Athletic Association. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Winona, and stepchildren, Carrie Jones Ross of Marlboro NY and Christopher Jones of Chester Springs, PA; and the children from his first marriage, son Chris Diaman and daughter Dionna Lee Griffin of Cresskill; and his grandchildren, Dakota Griffin, Alex, Madi and Cooper Ross, Colin and Celia Jones. There will be a Memorial Mass at 11 AM Saturday, August 22 at St.

Gail worked many years as a secretary for Curtiss-Wright, Singer-Kearfott, and St. Clement's Episcopal Church. She was an active member of many organizations; among them were Rainbow Girls, Order of Eastern Star, Amaranths, Toastmasters, the Red Hat Society and the Hawthorne Library Knitting Crocheting Group. Gail was predeceased by her parents, Marie and Adrian Blum and her beloved Irish Setter, Casey.

She is survived by her brother Neil A. Blum, his wife, Ellen, nephew, Brian A. Blum, his wife, YunSun, the Hawthorne cousins she grew up with, Barbara Crowley and Carolyn Crowley Castaldo, many more cousins and friends. Funeral will be departing at for a 10AM funeral liturgy at St. Clement's Episcopal Church, Hawthorne.

Interment will follow at the Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery, Wyckoff. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 2PM to 4PM and 7PM to 9PM.
